Henryville is an unincorporated community in Lawrence County, Tennessee, United States. [1] It lies along State Route 240 at its junction with State Route 242, southwest of Summertown, northwest of Lawrenceburg, and just south of the Buffalo River. The community was first settled around 1815, and was named after its first postmaster when a local post office was established in 1847. [2]
Henryville is home to several churches, a community center, a convenience store, and a volunteer fire department. [3]

Pennsylvania Route 715 (PA 715) is a 17.7-mile-long (28.5 km) north–south state route located entirely in Monroe County, Pennsylvania. Its southern terminus is at U.S. Route 209 (US 209) in the Chestnuthill Township hamlet of Brodheadsville. The northern terminus is at PA 191 in the Paradise Township hamlet of Henryville. PA 715 also intersects Interstate 80 (I-80) in Tannersville at Exit 299. The route is a two-lane undivided road running through forested areas of the Pocono Mountains. The road was paved between 1930 and the 1940s. PA 715 was designated to its present alignment in 1963.

On March 2 and 3, 2012, a deadly tornado outbreak occurred over a large section of the Southern United States into the Ohio Valley region. The storms resulted in 41 tornado-related fatalities, 22 of which occurred in Kentucky. Tornado-related deaths also occurred in Alabama, Indiana, and Ohio. The outbreak was the second deadliest in early March for the U.S. since official records began in 1950; only the 1966 Candlestick Park tornado had a higher death toll for a tornadic system in early March.
