BigBang is a South Korean boy band formed by YG Entertainment. The group consists of three members:G-Dragon,Taeyang,and Daesung. Originally a five-piece band,Seungri retired from the entertainment industry in March 2019 and T.O.P left in May 2023. Dubbed the "Kings of K-pop",they helped spread the Korean Wave internationally and are considered one of the most influential acts in K-pop. They are known for their trendsetting musical experimentation,self-production,and stage presence.
Kwon Ji-yong,best known as G-Dragon (지드래곤),is a South Korean rapper,singer,songwriter,and entrepreneur,known as the "King of K-pop". Born and raised in Seoul,South Korea,G-Dragon made his debut in 2006 and rose to prominence as the leader of the South Korean boy band BigBang,which went on to become one of the best-selling boy bands in the world.
Dong Young-bae,better known by his stage name Taeyang or SOL,is a South Korean singer. He made his debut in 2006 as a member of the South Korean boy band BigBang. Following the release of several albums and extended plays with his group,Taeyang pursued a solo career in 2008,releasing his first extended play,Hot. The EP was acclaimed by critics and went to win the award for Best R&B &Soul Album at the 6th Korean Music Awards. Hot was followed by his first full-length studio album Solar (2010),which was released in July 2010 and peaked atop the Gaon Album Chart.
Kang Dae-sung,better known mononymously as Daesung and his Japanese stage name D-Lite,is a South Korean singer who made his musical debut in 2006 as a member of the South Korean boy band Big Bang. He debuted as a solo artist in South Korea with the number one trot song "Look at Me,Gwisoon" in 2008. Since the inception of the Gaon Digital Chart in 2010,Daesung achieved two Top 10 songs,the digital single "Cotton Candy" and "Wings" from the BigBang album Alive (2012).
Heartbreaker is the debut album of South Korean rapper G-Dragon,member of Big Bang. The chart-topping single "Heartbreaker",became one of the best selling singles in South Korea of all time,having sold over 4 million copies since its release.
Solar is the first studio album by South Korean recording artist Taeyang,a member of the boy group Big Bang. It was released via YG Entertainment on July 1,2010,and was distributed in three formats—a regular edition,a deluxe edition and was made available for digital consumption. GD X Taeyang is a South Korean duo from YG Entertainment,consisting of G-Dragon and Taeyang from Big Bang. After several years of appearing on each other's solo materials,the duo officially released the single "Good Boy" in 2014,which went on to top Billboard's World Digital Songs chart and sold over a million digital units in South Korea.

It was released digitally on March 13,2018,by YG Entertainment,as a gift and a final farewell from the group to its fans ahead of a lengthy hiatus,as the band members serve in South Korea's mandatory military service. It would also end up being their last single to feature longtime lead dancer and sub vocalist Seungri before his retirement on March 11,2019. It was written by G-Dragon and T.O.P and produced by the former along with The Fliptones,who also participated in creating GD X Taeyang's "Good Boy" and Taeyang's "Stay with Me".
"Still Life" is a song by South Korean boy band BigBang. It was released via YG Entertainment on April 5,2022,serving as the group's first release in four years since "Flower Road" in 2018,as well as their only release as a quartet,due to T.O.P's departure the following year.
"Power" is a song by South Korean rapper and singer-songwriter G-Dragon. It was released through Galaxy Corporation and Empire on October 31,2024,as the pre-release single for his upcoming third studio album. His first release in over seven years and his first release since departing from YG Entertainment in 2023,"Power" was written by G-Dragon whilst production was handled by himself,Tommy Brown,Theron Thomas and Steven Franks.
