I'm Only F**king Myself is the third studio album by English singer and songwriter Lola Young. After four singles, it was released 19 September 2025 through Island Records. It follows her 2024 album This Wasn't Meant for You Anyway and her debut LP My Mind Wanders and Sometimes Leaves Completely.
