Igor Liubchenko (born March 16, 1991) is a Ukrainian Muay Thai fighter. He is one of the most successful amateur Muay Thai athletes of all time. [1]

Biography and career

Liubchenko started Muay Thai training at the age of 12, he holds a Master of Sports of Ukraine in Thai boxing. [2]

Igor Liubchenko faced Hiroya at MAX Muay Thai 5: The Final Chapter in Khon Kaen, Thailand on December 10, 2013. He was defeated by second round knockout via high kick. [3]

On April 28, 2017, Liubchenko took part in the EM Legend Kickboxing World Tournament in the 63 kg division. He defeated Meng Kang from China by technical knockout in the semi-final and was defeated by knockout in the final against Anvar Boynazarov. [4]

On September 30, 2017, Liubchenko faced Pakorn P.K. Saenchai Muaythaigym at All-Star Fight 2. He lost the fight by decision. [5] [6]

On May 6, 2018, Liubchenko entered the 8-man Real Hero tournament in Bangkok, Thailand. He defeated three opponents in one night all by knockout to capture the tournament title. [7]

On March 9, 2019, Liubchenko faced Superbank Mor Ratanabandit at All Star Fight: World Soldier. He lost the fight by decision. [8]

On October 16, 2021, Liubchenko travelled to Hungary to face Spéth Norbert. He lost the fight by decision after three rounds. [9]

Xu Yan is a Chinese Sanda, kickboxer who competes in the middleweight division. Jordan Watson is an English Muay Thai kickboxer who competes in the middleweight division. A powerful kicker, Watson began training in Muay Thai at six years old with Richard Smith at Bad Company, Leeds, UK and first came to prominence when he reached the final of the K-1 UK MAX Tournament 2007 Pain & Glory at nineteen. He won the ISKA World Super Welterweight Muay Thai Championship in 2010 and then found further recognition the following year by finishing as runner-up on The Challenger Muay Thai reality television show. Artyom Olegovich Vakhitov is a Russian kickboxer and mixed martial artist who competes in the light-heavyweight division. Having begun practicing Muay Thai at eleven years old, Vakhitov first came to prominence due to a successful amateur career by winning three world championships as well as taking gold in 2013 at the World Combat Games. He turned professional in 2009, and signed with Glory in 2013, where he would twice be crowned the Glory Light Heavyweight Champion.

Superbon Singha Mawynn, also known as Superbon Banchamek, is a Thai Muay Thai kickboxer fighting out of Bangkok. He is currently signed to ONE Championship, where he is the current interim ONE Featherweight Kickboxing World Champion. Superbon is the 2016 Kunlun Fight World Max Tournament Champion and 2018 Enfusion Live 76 8-Man Tournament Champion. As of September 2022, Combat Press ranks him as the #1 lightweight and #2 pound-for-pound kickboxer in the world,. As of May, 2023, Beyond Kickboxing ranks him as the second best lightweight and # 2 pound-for-pound kickboxer. As of October 20, 2022, he is ranked #1 in the ONE Featherweight Muay Thai rankings.

Thongchai Sitsongpeenong is a Thai Muay Thai kickboxer. As of June 2016, he is ranked #9 at Rajadamnern Stadium at 160 lbs and #10 by World Boxing Council Muaythai at 160 lbs. Thongchai has also previously competed for Glory from 2016 to 2018, where he most notably participated in the 2018 Glory Welterweight Contender Tournament.

Sergey Kulyaba is a Ukrainian kickboxer. He is the winner of the 2018 Kunlun Fight 66kg tournament.

Amy Pirnie is a Scottish Muay Thai fighter and kickboxer, who has most recently competed with Yokkao and Enfusion. She is the reigning Lion Fight super-flyweight champion, and the reigning ISKA strawweight world champion.

Darren Rolland is a French Muay Thai fighter who has been competing professionally since 2017. He is the current WMO Featherweight International Champion and former WBC Muaythai Featherweight World Champion

Ratchadaphon Wihantamma known as Sawsing Sor Sopit is a Thai Muay Thai fighter. She is a former WMC, World Muay Thai Organization women's featherweight world champion. Wihantamma also gained several medals in IFMA World Muaythai Championships, World Combat Games, Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games and Asian Beach Games.

Miguel Trindade is a Portuguese kickboxer and Muay Thai fighter.
