James Middlebrook (born 13 May 1977) [1] is a former English first-class cricketer,who last played for Yorkshire County Cricket Club on a short-term contract. He played as an all-rounder,batting right-handed and bowling off spin. Since retiring from professional cricket Middlebrook has become an umpire,standing in first-class matches from the 2017 season onwards. [2]
Middlebrook was born in Leeds,Yorkshire,and made his first-class debut in the 1998 English cricket season with Yorkshire,but was released by them in 2001. [1] From 2002 to 2008 he plied his trade with Essex,taking 32 first-class wickets and 20 one day wickets. Middlebrook joined Northamptonshire at the start of the 2010 season, [3] where he regularly opened the batting. In January 2010,Middlebrook along with new team-mate David Sales,was picked to represent the Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) against Durham in Abu Dhabi. [4] Despite being Northants leading runscorer in the 2014 season,Middlebrook was released following the club's relegation to Division Two of the County Championship. [5] He was signed by Yorkshire on a short-term contract as cover for Adil Rashid whilst the leg-spinner was part of England's tour party in the West Indies.
Tino la Bertram Best is a former West Indian cricketer. Since 2002,he has played domestic cricket for his native Barbados,with a season at English club Yorkshire in 2010. Best made his Test debut in May 2003 and played his first One Day International a year later. A back strain incurred in May 2004 prevented Best from playing cricket until March the following year. In 2008 Best signed to play in the Indian Cricket League because he had not played international cricket since 2006. He returned to the side when the West Indies fielded a side weakened by contract disputes between leading players and the West Indies Cricket Board but was dropped shortly after.

He was an all-rounder who played 73 One Day Internationals for Australia and was named as one of the five Wisden Cricketers of the Year for 2004 for his performances in county cricket. He was a part of the Australian squad which won the 2003 Cricket World Cup.

Kyle William Hogg is an English former cricketer. He was a left-handed batsman and a right-arm fast-medium bowler who played for Lancashire from 2001 to 2014. Between 2000–01 and 2002 Hogg represented the England under-19s in six youth Tests and 11 One Day Internationals (ODIs). In the 2006–07 season he travelled to New Zealand where he represented Otago as an overseas player. Hogg spent time on loan with Nottinghamshire and Worcestershire,both in 2007.

The season was the fifth,and last,in charge for head coach Jimmy Adams and the first for new club captain Sam Northeast,who took over from Rob Key at the end of the 2015 season,having captained the side on the field for much of the season.
In 2017,Kent County Cricket Club competed in Division Two of the County Championship,the Royal London One-Day Cup and the NatWest t20 Blast. In addition,before the start of the English cricket season,Kent competed in the 2016–17 Regional Super50,the List A competition of the West Indian domestic season. This was the first time that any English county had competed in an overseas domestic competition. The invitation to take part in the tournament was largely due to the influence of former West Indian captain Jimmy Adams who had been Kent's Head Coach until September 2016.
In 2017,Hampshire County Cricket Club will compete in Division One of the County Championship,the Royal London One-Day Cup and the NatWest t20 Blast.
In 2018,Kent County Cricket Club competed in Division Two of the County Championship,the Royal London One-Day Cup and the 2018 t20 Blast. The county finished second in Division Two of the Championship and were promoted to Division One for the 2019 season. They reached the final of the One-Day Cup. losing to Hampshire at Lord's,and the quarter-final stage of the t20 Blast. In addition,before the start of the English cricket season,Kent competed in the 2017–18 Regional Super50,the List A competition of the West Indies domestic season,reaching the semi-final stage. This was the second time that Kent have competed in the competition,having played in the 2016–17 competition.
In 2019 Kent County Cricket Club competed in Division One of the County Championship after gaining promotion in the 2018 season,the Royal London One-Day Cup and the 2019 t20 Blast.
