Nigel James Llong (born 11 February 1969) is an English cricket umpire and former first-class cricketer. Until June 2020,he was a member of the Elite Panel of ICC Umpires and officiated in international matches - Tests,ODIs and T20Is. [1] Earlier,he had played English domestic cricket during the 1990s with Kent County Cricket Club.
He made his first-class cricket debut for Kent in 1990 and won his county cap in 1993. His playing style was unusual in that he batted left-handed but bowled right-handed off spin. He also played club cricket at Green Point CC in Cape Town during the early 1990s.Nigel Also played for Ashburton Cricket Club in Australia for 3 seasons in the 1990s as Captain Coach
Llong officiated in his maiden first-class match in June 2000. Llong was appointed to the ECB's panel of first-class umpires in 2002. In 2004 he became a member of the ICC International umpire panel as a specialist third umpire,and in 2006 he became a full member of the International Panel. As with all members of the ICC International umpire panel,Llong is eligible to serve as the home umpire in ODIs in England,and can also be appointed by the ICC to stand in ODIs and Test matches away from England as a neutral official.
The highlights of Llong's career so far include his appointment to the final of the 2004 Twenty20 Cup. His first ODI,which took place at Lord's,was between England and Sri Lanka in June 2006. His first overseas appointment was the ODI between Pakistan and West Indies at Lahore in December 2006. Llong umpired his first Test match in January 2008,between New Zealand and Bangladesh at Dunedin.
Llong was selected to be a reserve umpire for the 2007 Cricket World Cup,but was not called upon to officiate at any point in the tournament. He was appointed to stand in the 2007 Twenty20 World Championship in South Africa in September 2007. He was selected as one of the twenty umpires to stand in matches during the 2015 Cricket World Cup. [2]
In April 2019,he was named as one of the sixteen umpires to stand in matches during the 2019 Cricket World Cup. [3] [4]

Paul Ronald Reiffel is an Australian former cricketer who played in 35 Tests and 92 One Day Internationals (ODIs) from 1992 to 1999. He was part of Australia's victorious 1999 World Cup team. After retirement he became a first-class cricket umpire. He is currently a member of the Elite Panel of ICC Umpires. Reiffel was a part of the Australian team that won the 1999 Cricket World Cup.
Ian James Gould is an English former first-class cricketer and a former member of the ICC Elite Panel of cricket umpires. He previously also served as the chairman of English football club Burnham FC. In April 2019,Gould announced that he would retire as an umpire following the 2019 Cricket World Cup. On 6 July 2019,Gould retired from umpiring,after standing in the World Cup match between India and Sri Lanka. However,he has since umpired in matches in the 2020 Under-19 Cricket World Cup.
Deshabandu Handunnettige Deepthi Priyantha Kumar Dharmasena is a Sri Lankan cricket umpire and former international cricketer. He is a member of the Elite Panel of ICC Umpires and the first person to participate in an ICC Cricket World Cup final both as a player and an umpire,as he was a member of the Sri Lankan side that won the 1996 Cricket World Cup. He was a right-handed batsman and a right-arm off break bowler.

Daryl John Harper,is an Australian cricket umpire,who was a Test umpire between 1998 and 2011. He was a member of the Elite Panel of ICC Umpires from 2002 until 2011 when the ICC announced that Harper was being stood down at the termination of his contract in July 2011. In June 2011,following criticism from India during the India - West Indies Test series Harper retired from umpiring.

Rodney James Tucker is an Australian cricket umpire,member of the ICC Elite Umpire Panel and officiates in international Tests,ODIs and T20Is. He was a cricketer who played briefly for New South Wales from 1985/86 to 1987/88,before moving to Tasmania where he played from 1987/88 to 1998/99. He was also vice-captain of Tasmania from 1991/92 until 1995/96. He briefly played as Captain/Coach for the Canberra Comets in the 1999/2000 season before retiring from cricket as a player.

He was a left-handed top order batsman and occasional right-arm medium pace bowler. He attended Worksop College and was a member of the college cricket XI for a number of years.
Bruce Nicholas James Oxenford is a former Australian cricket umpire and a former cricketer. He has been an ICC international umpire since 2008,when he first umpired an ODI match. He went on to stand in his first Test match in 2010.
