Jogeshwari (station code: JOS) is a railway station in the Jogeshwari suburb of Mumbai city. The station lies on the Western line of the Mumbai Suburban Railway network between Andheri and Ram Mandir railway stations. On March 29, 2018, Harbour line was extended from Mumbai CSMT to Goregaon. [2]
Jogeshwari Station has 6 platforms, where two of its platforms of Harbour line are constructed towards north of main platforms.

Goregaon ([ɡoːɾeɡaːʋ]) is a suburb of Mumbai city, in the Mumbai Suburban district of India. It has a railway station on the Mumbai suburban railway on the Western Line. An extension of the Harbour Line was completed in 2018 due to which it has regular trains to CSMT. This is in addition to existing trains to Churchgate on the Western Line. Owing to rapid urbanization and the growing population of metropolitan Mumbai, Goregaon, which was once a hilly forest region is now a crowded suburb of Mumbai.
The Harbour line is a branch line of the Mumbai Suburban Railway operated by Central Railway. It was named so because it catered to the eastern neighbourhoods along the city's natural harbour. Its termini are Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT), Goregaon and Panvel on the CSMT-Goregaon, CSMT-Panvel and Panvel-Goregaon routes.

Oshiwara is a neighbourhood in northern Mumbai, India near Lokhandwala Complex. Its name was derived from the Oshiwara River. Located between the western sides of Goregaon and Jogeshwari, it has many industrial estates. A railway station was built at Oshiwara, called Ram Mandir, for the Western Line of Mumbai Suburban Railway, providing service to the extended Andheri and Lokhandwala areas of the western suburbs. Oshiwara is also known for its antique and second-hand furniture market, as well as its food corners.
The Western Express Highway, abbreviated to WEH, is a major north–south 8-10 lane arterial road in Mumbai, India, stretching from the suburb of Mira Road to Bandra. The 25.33 km (15.74 mi) highway begins near the Mahim Creek and extends to the Kashimira in the northern limit of the city till it connects National Highway 48 at Ghodbunder village. Goregaon is a railway station on the Western line and Harbour line of the Mumbai Suburban Railway network. It serves the suburb of Goregaon. As a general rule, Virar-bound fast trains skip Goregaon, while Borivali-bound fast trains halt here but as it's located in between Andheri and Borivali, it works as an important halt for termination and origination of Churchgate and Mumbai CSMT/ Panvel bound services with access to Dindoshi, Oshiwara and Film City, as well as other areas such as Malad and Jogeshwari.
Dahisar is a railway station on the Western line of the Mumbai Suburban Railway network. Dahisar station is the last station within the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation limits. The area around the station has heavy traffic and is congested.
Mira Road is a passenger railway station located at Mira Road, a suburb in the Western Suburbs of Mumbai. It is situated between Borivali and Bhayandar stations on the Western line, of Mumbai Suburban Railway. The route of the station is located between the salt pan towards the western zone of the suburb leading towards Bhayandar.

Nerul is a railway station on the Harbour Line of the Mumbai Suburban Railway network. Khandeshwar is a railway station on the Harbour Line of the Mumbai Suburban Railway network. In 2014, the City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) announced that it would set up an Inter State Bus Terminal on private-public participation at Khandeshwar Station. Khandeshwar railway station caters to New Panvel West but is built away from the city, while it is strategically near to Kamothe. The station derives its name from the Khandeshwar Mahadev Mandir and Khandeshwar Lake and Park. As Khandeshwar Railway station adjoins the nearer Kamothe node the people from Kamothe prefer Khandeshwar station over Manasarowar railway station which is cornered in the Jui pVillage.
The Western Suburbs is the western precinct of the city of Mumbai, India. The Western Suburbs consist of Andheri, Bandra, Marol, Oshiwara Lokhandwala, Borivali, Dahisar, Goregaon, Versova, Jogeshwari, Juhu, Kandivali, Khar, Malad, Sakinaka, Santacruz and Vile Parle. Geographically, the Western Suburbs lie at the western part of Salsette Island, is a continuous urban sprawl spanning the areas from Bandra to Bhayander, which is separated by the Vasai Creek from Vasai-Virar city and Mithi River from Mumbai city district.
East Mumbai consists the localities of Kurla, Vidyavihar Ghatkopar, Kanjurmarg, Kurla, Mulund, Nahur, Powai, Chandivali and Vikhroli. To the south-east lie the neighborhoods of Chembur, Govandi, Mankhurd, and Trombay.
Ram Mandir railway station is a railway station on the Western and Harbour lines of the Mumbai Suburban Railway, serving the Oshiwara locality. The station is located in between Jogeshwari railway station and Goregaon railway station and is named after the century-old temple of Lord Ram in its vicinity. The station was opened to commuters on 22 December 2016.
