This is an alphabetical list of cricketers who played for Lancashire Thunder during their existence between 2016 and 2019. They competed in the Women's Cricket Super League, a Twenty20 competition, during these years before being replaced by North West Thunder as part of a restructure of English women's domestic cricket. Players' names are followed by the years in which they were active as a Lancashire Thunder player. [3] Seasons given are first and last seasons; the player did not necessarily play in all the intervening seasons. This list only includes players who appeared in at least one match for Lancashire Thunder; players who were named in the team's squad for a season but did not play a match are not included.

Danielle Hazell is an English cricket coach and former player. She is currently the coach of English domestic team Northern Diamonds. As a player she was an off break bowler who batted right-handed. She represented England in all three formats of the game, playing three Test matches, 53 One Day Internationals and 85 Twenty20 Internationals.
Natasha Eleni Farrant is an English cricketer who currently plays for Kent, South East Stars, Oval Invincibles and England. She plays as a left-arm fast-medium bowler. She has previously played for Southern Vipers in the Women's Cricket Super League, as well as spending a season with Western Australia.
Lancashire Thunder were an English women's Twenty20 cricket team based in Manchester, Lancashire that competed in England’s women's Twenty20 competition, the Women's Cricket Super League. Thunder played their home matches at Old Trafford and various grounds across the North West. They were captained by Kate Cross and coached by Mark McInnes, working with General Manager Bobby Cross. In 2020, following reforms to the structure of women's domestic cricket, some elements of Lancashire Thunder were retained for a new team, North West Thunder.
Alexandra Hartley is an English cricketer who currently plays for Lancashire, North West Thunder and Welsh Fire. She plays as a left-arm orthodox spin bowler. Between 2016 and 2019, she appeared in 28 One Day Internationals and four Twenty20 Internationals for England, and was part of the side that won the 2017 World Cup. She has previously played domestic cricket for Middlesex, Surrey Stars, Lancashire Thunder and Manchester Originals in England, as well as Tasmania and Hobart Hurricanes in Australia.
Emma Louise Lamb is an English cricketer who plays for Lancashire Women, North West Thunder and Manchester Originals, and has previously played for Lancashire Thunder. Lamb is a batting all-rounder, and bowls off spin. She made her international debut for the England women's cricket team in September 2021.
Evelyn Jones is an English cricketer who currently captains Central Sparks, as well as playing for Warwickshire, Birmingham Phoenix and Melbourne Renegades. She plays primarily as a left-handed opening batter, as well as bowling left-arm medium.
