Racing Louisville FC is an American professional women's soccer club which began play in the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) in 2021.
The team's first acquisitions were Japanese midfielder Yūki Nagasato and American midfielder Savannah McCaskill, acquired via trade with Chicago Red Stars. [1] The team's initial acquisitions included players and player rights taken in the 2020 NWSL Expansion Draft, [2] though not all of the draft's selections agreed to contracts with Racing or reported to the club and were not rostered as a result. [3] [4]

Tobin Powell Heath is an American professional soccer player, entrepreneur, and artist. Yūki Nagasato, known from 2012 to 2016 as Yūki Ōgimi, is a Japanese professional footballer who plays as a striker for National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) club Chicago Red Stars. She is the first female footballer to play for the first-team of a Japanese men's club.
Jessica Marie McDonald is an American professional soccer player for Racing Louisville FC of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL), the highest division of women's professional soccer in the United States, and the United States women's national soccer team. She previously played for the Australian W-League teams Melbourne Victory and Western United as well as the Western New York Flash, Chicago Red Stars, Seattle Reign FC, Portland Thorns FC, Houston Dash, and North Carolina Courage. McDonald became a World Cup champion in 2019, with the United States team that won the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup.
