Brandon Dumlao (born December 8, 1987) is a hip-hop dancer from Concord, California. He was originally not a top 20 finalist; however, upon the withdrawal of original top 20 contemporary dancer Billy Bell, he was recalled to be a part of the show. He was eliminated in the first week. SYTYCD rules state that once a contestant is announced as a Top 20 finalist they cannot audition/compete in future seasons. However, after discussions with producers and FOX Television, it was announced on November 3 that Brandon would be allowed to audition again in the next season due to his very brief time in the Top 20.

Kathryn Renée McCormick (born July 7, 1990) [1] is a contemporary dancer from Augusta, Georgia. Her partner was Jonathan "Legacy" Perez. She placed third on So You Think You Can Dance, and received the most votes of any woman in the finale. She was also an All-Star in Season 7 of SYTYCD.
Kathryn started at age three at her mother's dance studio, Dance Connection, then moved to Augusta West Studio, where her mother, Sandra Schmieden, [2] had also studied. She moved to Los Angeles at 18 and landed a non-leading role in the remake of Fame . Kathryn appeared in the "Jar of Hearts: music video by Christina Perri. She played the protagonist in the fourth Step Up film, Step Up: Revolution (2012).
Although Kathryn spent most of the season partnered with Jonathan "Legacy" Perez, her best-received performances were two dances with Nathan Trasoras, a sizzling cha-cha with Ryan Di Lello, and a Michael Bublé adagio duet with Jakob Karr.

Nathan Trasoras (born April 11, 1991) is a contemporary dancer from Downey, California. He had an impressive audition in Season 5, but since he was only 17 at the time, he did not go through to Season 5's Vegas Week. His partner was jazz dancer Mollee Gray.
Trasoras performed in an episode of Glee ("The Power of Madonna") as a dancer in the Sue Sylvester music video "Vogue".

She participated in the seventh season of Dancing with the Stars as a professional dancer paired with Lance Bass of 'N Sync, in the eighth season of the show paired with Jackass star Steve-O and in the ninth season paired with actor and Iron Chef America host Mark Dacascos. Schwimmer returned to Dancing with the Stars for its eleventh season and she was partnered with Disney Channel star Kyle Massey and in the 12th season, paired with radio host Mike Catherwood. In the thirteenth season, she was paired with transgender activist Chaz Bono. Schwimmer did not return for season 14 of Dancing With The Stars'.

Jeanine Mason was crowned America's Favorite Dancer on August 6, 2009, making her the second female to win the show. For the first time, the show moved to a new stage, but it turned out to be the last season at CBS Studios.

Season six is the first to air during the fall season, immediately following the summer airing of season five. Live shows began airing October 26 and the season finale aired on December 16. Russell Ferguson, the first krumper to make it to the Las Vegas auditions, won the title of "America's Favorite Dancer" and the $250,000 prize. Also in the finale were Jakob Karr in second place, Kathryn McCormick in third place, Ellenore Scott in fourth place, Ashleigh Di Lello in fifth place and Ryan Di Lello in sixth place.

Step Up Revolution is a 2012 American 3D dance film and the fourth installment in the Step Up film series. It was released on July 27, 2012. The film was directed by Scott Speer and stars Ryan Guzman and Kathryn McCormick, the latter from the sixth season of So You Think You Can Dance. Witney Capri Carson McAllister is an American professional Latin ballroom dancer and choreographer. She first gained attention in 2012, when the 18-year-old finished ladies' second runner-up in season nine of So You Think You Can Dance. Carson continued her professional dancing career in early 2013 as a troupe dancer in seasons 16 and 17 of Dancing with the Stars. She was promoted to professional partner in season 18. In season 19, she and her partner Alfonso Ribeiro were announced the winners on November 25, 2014, making her one of six professional dancers to win the mirror ball trophy within their first two seasons. For that season, she received a nomination for the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Choreography.

She first gained attention in 2013, as she finished ladies' third runner-up on So You Think You Can Dance season 10. Jenna continued her professional dancing career on Dancing with the Stars, winning her second season with her partner, Olympic figure skater Adam Rippon.
