This is a list of albums that reached number-one on the ARIA Dance Albums Chart in 2014. The ARIA Dance Albums Chart is a weekly chart that ranks the best-performing dance albums in Australia. It is published by the Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA), an organisation that collects music data for the weekly ARIA Charts. To be eligible to appear on the chart, the recording must be an album of a predominantly dance nature. [1]

ARIA Charts main Australian music sales charts

The ARIA Charts, stylised as the AR1A CHARTS since November 2018, are the main Australian music sales charts, issued weekly by the Australian Recording Industry Association. The charts are a record of the highest selling songs and albums in various genres in Australia. ARIA became the official Australian music chart in June 1988, succeeding the Kent Music Report which had been Australia's national music sales charts since 1974.

Havana Brown discography

The discography of Australian recording artist and DJ Havana Brown consists of one studio album, fourteen compilation albums, one extended play, twenty-one singles and eleven music videos. Brown, originally a DJ, began performing at small venues around Melbourne and worked with promoters around Australia in her early 20s. In 2008, she was approached by Island Records Australia to see if she was interested in creating compilation albums for the label. Brown has since produced nine albums in a series entitled, Crave, which have all charted within the ARIA Compilation Albums Chart top ten.

Chet Faker Australian singer, songwriter

Nicholas James Murphy, previously known by his stage name, Chet Faker, is an Australian singer and songwriter. In 2012, he issued an extended play, Thinking in Textures, and signed to Downtown Records in the United States. In October 2012, he won Breakthrough Artist of the Year and Thinking in Textures won Best Independent Single/EP at the Australian Independent Records Awards. In January 2013, the work won Best Independent Release at the Rolling Stone Australia Awards for 2012.
