ARIA Charts

The ARIA Charts, stylised as the AR1A CHARTS since November 2018, are the main Australian music sales charts, issued weekly by the Australian Recording Industry Association. The charts are a record of the highest selling songs and albums in various genres in Australia. ARIA became the official Australian music chart in June 1988, succeeding the Kent Music Report which had been Australia's national music sales charts since 1974.

Atomic Kitten discography

The discography of British girl group Atomic Kitten consists of three studio albums, five compilation albums and nineteen singles including two charity singles following the band's split. The group's debut album, Right Now, was released by Virgin Records in the United Kingdom in October 2000. It reached number thirty-nine on the UK Albums Chart and spawned four top twenty singles; "Right Now", "See Ya", "I Want Your Love" and "Follow Me". The album's sales did not meet the expectations of the label, and the group were to be dropped. However, the group managed to persuade the label to let them release one more single, "Whole Again", which reached number one on the UK Singles Chart for four weeks and number one in Germany for six weeks. Due to this success, all plans to drop the group were scrapped. The group then released "Eternal Flame", a cover of The Bangles hit, which also reached number one in the UK. Atomic Kitten then re-issued the album Right Now, and it topped the charts in the UK and was certified double Platinum.

New Zealand-born Australian country music singer Keith Urban has released 12 studio albums, four compilation albums, and 52 singles. He began his career in 1991 with the release of his self-titled debut album on EMI and Capitol Records in Australia. After an American album in 1997 as a member of The Ranch, he embarked on a solo career there as well, subsequently releasing five more studio albums. His highest-certified album in the US is 2004's Be Here, which is four-times-platinum.

Snow Patrol discography

The discography of Snow Patrol, an alternative rock band from Northern Ireland and based in Dundee, Scotland, consists of seven studio albums, thirty-one singles, eight extended plays, three compilation albums and one live DVD. Snow Patrol was formed in 1994 by Gary Lightbody, Michael Morrison and Mark McClelland under the name Shrug. They released an extended play (EP) titled The Yogurt vs. Yogurt Debate. Morrison left in 1995, and the band changed their name to Polarbear. Under this name they released their other EP, Starfighter Pilot, on the Electric Honey label. Drummer Jonny Quinn joined in 1997 and the band signed to Jeepster Records the same year. They then underwent their final name change to Snow Patrol. The band's first two studio albums: Songs for Polarbears and When It's All Over We Still Have to Clear Up were released in 1998 and 2001 respectively, but failed to do well commercially. Subsequently, the band was dropped by the label.

Australian singer-songwriter Sia has released eight studio albums, six live albums, thirty-eight singles, and forty-two music videos. In 1997, she released her debut studio album entitled OnlySee. It was commercially unsuccessful, and none of its songs were released as a single. Sia released her second album, Healing Is Difficult, in 2001. The album yielded three singles: "Taken for Granted", "Little Man" and "Drink to Get Drunk". The lead single, "Taken for Granted", peaked at number 10 on the UK Singles Chart.

A Little Bit (Pandora song) 1996 single by Pandora

"A Little Bit" is a song by Swedish singer Pandora. It was released in December 1996 as the lead single from Pandora's third studio album Changes (1996). The song peaked at number 28 on the Swedish Singles Chart. It also reached number three in Finland and number ten in Australia, was certified Platinum and is her highest-charting single there.

The Black Sorrows are an Australian blues rock band formed in 1983 by mainstay vocalist Joe Camilleri. The band is most well known for their songs "Chained to the Wheel", "Harley + Rose" and "Never Let Me Go", released in the late '80s and early '90s. Faithful Satellite, released in September 2016, is the band's 18th album. Citizen John was released in March 2019.
