The ARIA Charts are the main Australian music sales charts, issued weekly by the Australian Recording Industry Association. The charts are a record of the highest selling songs and albums in various genres in Australia. ARIA became the official Australian music chart in June 1988, succeeding the Kent Music Report, which had been Australia's national music sales charts since 1974.

Kent's music reports were used by Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA) as its official ARIA Charts from mid-1983 until July 1988 when ARIA developed an in-house chart.
The Australian hard rock band, the Angels, have released thirteen studio albums, four live albums, eight extended plays and forty-five singles. The Angels were formed in Adelaide in 1974 by the Brewster brothers, John and Rick, together with Bernard "Doc" Neeson.
