Looney Tunes Racing is a kart racing video game released for the PlayStation and Game Boy Color and published by Infogrames. It was released in 2000 in North America and in 2001 in Europe.
Looney Tunes Racing features different power-ups that are slightly unusual for the genre—instead of random pickups as in most racing games, racers collect tokens of various colors which are used to charge various power-ups. Six power-ups are available, and only the current level power-up may be activated. Also available are environmental hazards, triggered by driving through an 'ACME gag-activation arch', generally aimed further ahead on the track. Looney Tunes Racing features nineteen characters (six default characters and thirteen unlockable characters).
Looney Tunes Racing also features a unique soundtrack where the in-game music is randomly arranged using separate, randomized parts of each song in a three-segment pattern: A-A-B (segment A played twice and segment B played once, although some tracks like Desert Dash play the A segment once). Special segments are also played whenever the player goes uphill or downhill, runs over a boost pad, takes or loses the lead, and wins or loses a race.
The game features a season ('Championship') mode with three different levels, each with four (Rascal), five (Stinker), or six (Despicable) races. All tracks are unique. Each race features six racers, and awards ten points for finishing in first place, six points for second place, and four points for third place. Finishing in fourth place or lower requires the player to use a continue (of which they have three) to retry the race. Winning a championship unlocks a bonus level and a character. Winning the Despicable championship also leads to either a specific ending movie (for one of the starting characters) or a generic showing of the trophy (for the hidden ones). The ending movie shows the results of your character's wish, awarded by Smokey the genie (although he always congratulates them for winning 'the race', not the series).
One can race on individual tracks, unlocked once they are won in 'Championship' mode. Also found here are three bonus levels won in 'Championship' mode.
These are fifteen special races divided into three 'floors' of five events each. The last event for each floor is a race on a short track against a secret character (Porky Pig, Elmer Fudd, or Gossamer). The other four events range from collecting icons (gather a certain number of icons around an arena) to racing with specific conditions (no brakes, for example) to time trials. Winning each event recovers an artifact from the museum. Each event can end with failure or a medal for success: bronze (minimum win), silver (slightly tougher), or gold (toughest). Winning a medal on each event unlocks the next floor; winning a medal on all events on the third floor unlocks the 'Challenge' ending movie, where the Acme museum is (temporarily) reopened.
Two players can race, battle, or try 'Wacky', which brings up random events for the players. Note that in battle mode, the two most powerful power-ups are deactivated for battle events. For race events, the bonus levels are replaced by the short speedways used in the challenge events.

Super Mario Kart is a kart racing game developed and published by Nintendo for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES). The first game in the Mario Kart series, it was released in Japan and North America in 1992, and in Europe the following year in 1993. Selling 8.76 million copies worldwide, the game went on to become the fourth best-selling SNES game of all time. Super Mario Kart was re-released on the Wii's Virtual Console in 2009, on the Wii U's Virtual Console in 2013, and on the New Nintendo 3DS's Virtual Console in 2016. Nintendo re-released Super Mario Kart in 2017 as part of the company's Super NES Classic Edition.
Micro Maniacs is a racing video game developed by Codemasters for PlayStation and Game Boy Color. It is a spin-off to the Micro Machines games, the main difference being that players control tiny characters where a few racetracks feature the use of vehicles. The North American version was sponsored by Fox Kids, and so the game's name was changed there. It was scheduled to be released in June 2000, but was delayed to late September.
Mickey's Speedway USA is a kart racing game developed by Rare and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo 64 and Game Boy Color. It features characters from the Mickey Mouse universe racing across the United States. It is Rare and Nintendo's second collaboration with Disney Interactive following Mickey's Racing Adventure (1999) and Rare's second kart racing game after Diddy Kong Racing (1997).
Walt Disney World Quest: Magical Racing Tour, sometimes mislabeled as Disney MT Racing or Walt Disney World: Magical Racing Quest, is a 2000 go-kart racing video game based on attractions at the Walt Disney World Resort. Players compete in races on tracks inspired by attractions such as the Haunted Mansion, Pirates of the Caribbean, Space Mountain and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad to acquire missing parts for the park's fireworks machine, which was accidentally destroyed by Chip 'n' Dale while they were gathering acorns. The game was developed by Crystal Dynamics and published by Eidos Interactive. The Game Boy Color and Dreamcast versions were developed by Prolific Publishing.
TOCA: Touring Car Championship is a 3D racing video game licensed by series organisers TOCA, and developed and published by Codemasters for the PlayStation and Microsoft Windows platforms in 1997-1998. It was re-released by Codemasters for the Game Boy Color in 2000. It was the first entry in the eponymous series and was followed by TOCA 2 Touring Cars in 1998. The player takes control of a driver who races for one of the eight works teams that contested the 1997 British Touring Car Championship against fifteen AI competitors on one of the nine championship circuits. A championship mode is available for players with the objective of earning points to continue competing and unlocking new features.
Looney Tunes: Space Race is a 2000 kart-racing video game published by Infogrames for the Dreamcast and developed through Infogrames' own Melbourne House studio. A version of Nintendo 64 was developed, but it was never released. It was ported to PlayStation 2 in 2002 with a new tournament mode and different soundtrack.

X-Men: Mutant Academy is a fighting game developed by Paradox Development published by Activision. It was released for PlayStation and Game Boy Color on July 14, 2000, as a tie-in to the film X-Men, which was released on the same date. A version for the Nintendo 64 had been in development prior to the game's release, but was ultimately cancelled.
Wacky Races: Starring Dastardly and Muttley is a 2000 racing video game developed by Infogrames Sheffield House and published by Infogrames for the Dreamcast and later for PlayStation 2 in 2001. The game is based on the cartoon series Wacky Races, which features 11 vehicles all racing over various landscapes to win first place. The vehicles featured include the most infamous vehicle in the series, the Mean Machine, driven by Dick Dastardly and Muttley.
Test Drive 6 is a racing video game developed by Pitbull Syndicate for PlayStation, Microsoft Windows and Dreamcast. In the United States the game was published by Infogrames North America, while in Europe the game was published by Cryo Interactive. The game featured 37 licensed cars, plus four police car variants. As a first for the series, cars from General Motors are not playable in this game, instead they appear as traffic cars. The soundtrack featured industrial rock and techno music from artists such as Fear Factory, Lunatic Calm and Cirrus.
Cartoon Network Racing is a racing video game developed by Eutechnyx for PlayStation 2 and Firebrand Games for Nintendo DS, published by Danish video game developer The Game Factory, and released on December 4, 2006, in North America, and on February 9, 2007, in Europe. The gameplay is similar to Nintendo's 2003 game Mario Kart: Double Dash, but the characters and racetracks are all from six of Cartoon Network's original animated television series: Courage the Cowardly Dog, Cow and Chicken, Dexter's Laboratory, I Am Weasel, Johnny Bravo, and The Powerpuff Girls.
Looney Tunes: Acme Arsenal is an Action-adventure video game developed by Redtribe and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment for the Wii, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 2. A companion game for the Nintendo DS, Looney Tunes: Duck Amuck, was also simultaneously released.
Toy Story Racer is a 2001 kart racing game developed by Traveller's Tales and Tiertex Design Studios and published by Activision. It was based on the Toy Story franchise, primarily the first film. The game was released in March 2001 for the Game Boy Color and PlayStation systems. The PlayStation version received "generally favorable reviews" according to Metacritic. In 2010, the PlayStation version was re-released on the PlayStation Store as a PS one Classic.
Ben 10: Galactic Racing is a racing video game in the Ben 10 series, produced for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii, Nintendo DS, PlayStation Vita, and Nintendo 3DS. It was released in North America on October 18, 2011, and November 25, 2011, in Europe, for the Wii, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Nintendo DS and Nintendo 3DS. The PlayStation Vita port of Ben 10: Galactic Racing was released on February 22, 2012, in North America and March 16, 2012, in Europe. It is published by D3 Publisher and developed by Monkey Bar Games. It was announced at Electronic Entertainment Expo 2011 on June 7, 2011.

Le Mans 24 Hours is a video game released for the PlayStation, Game Boy Color, Dreamcast, PlayStation 2, and Microsoft Windows. The Dreamcast version was ported and published by Sega in Japan on 15 March 2001, while the PlayStation 2 version was ported and published by the same company on 13 June. Based on the famous 24 hours of Le Mans race in France, the player is invited to race the entire 24-hour endurance course or take part in a simpler arcade mode. The game also featured tracks such as Bugatti Circuit, Brno Circuit, Road Atlanta, Suzuka Circuit, Donington Park and Circuit de Catalunya, as well as a weather and night system.
Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled is a 2019 kart racing game developed by Beenox and published by Activision. The game is a remastered version of Crash Team Racing (1999), which was originally developed by Naughty Dog for the PlayStation in 1999, and focuses on players using one of several characters from the Crash Bandicoot series to tackle races, each of which includes power-ups to help with combatting opponents. The game includes additional content from Crash Nitro Kart (2003) and Crash Tag Team Racing (2005), alongside adjustments to the original gameplay, including kart customization, two adventure mode variations, and an in-game shop.
Looney Tunes Galactic Sports is a sports game developed by Virtual Toys and published by Sony Computer Entertainment, for the PlayStation Vita handheld system. Based on the Looney Tunes franchise, itself a part of the broader Merrie Melodies series, the game was released in PAL territories in May 2015.
