Loyal is a town in Clark County in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. The population was 787 at the 2000 census. The City of Loyal is located within the town. The unincorporated community of Spokeville is also located partially in the town.

As of the census [1] of 2000, there were 787 people, 215 households, and 187 families residing in the town. The population density was 22.7 people per square mile (8.7/km2). There were 225 housing units at an average density of 6.5 per square mile (2.5/km2). The racial makeup of the town was 99.49% White, 0.13% Black or African American and 0.38% Native American. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.13% of the population.
There were 215 households, out of which 43.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 76.7% wKarinaere married couples living together, 7.0% had a female householder with no husband present, and 12.6% were non-families. 10.2% of all households were made up of individuals, and 2.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
