Satyavathi Chauhan, known by the stage name Mangli, is an Indian playback singer, television presenter and actress. [2] She is popular for her traditional Banjara attire and known for her Telangana songs and performance at festival events in India and abroad. [2] Featured in popular video songs on special occasions like Bathukamma, Bonalu, Sankranthi, Telangana Formation Day, Ugadhi, Sammakka Sarakka Jatara and many.
Mangli was born in a Banjara community. She did her diploma in Carnatic Music from SV University. [3] Her father encouraged her to become a singer from a young age. Inspired by her teachers, she wanted to become a music teacher. Mangli moved to Hyderabad and Bengaluru to begin a career in anchoring.
Mangli has a younger sister, Indravathi Chauhan, who became famous after singing the hit song "Oo Antava Oo Oo Antava" from the movie Pushpa: The Rise . The song was dubbed in Kannada and Mangli sang the Kannada lyrics for the dubbed version.
She got her first break in her career in 2013, when she was invited as a guest artist on Telugu News channel, V6 News for a Dasara festival special show called as Dhoom Dham.[ citation needed ] Her popular show on V6 News, where she played as Maatakari Mangli, on the satirical news show, Teenmaar Vaarthalu, along with Bithiri Sathi and Savitri was a hit. She worked with HMTV news channel's, Jordar News on the satirical news show along with Sujatha. [4]
She sings songs on Telangana festivals like Bathukamma, Bonalu and Telangana Formation Day. Her song, Orugallu Kotanadugu, for 2018 Telangana Formation Day has become a hit. [1] [5] She sang in some Tollywood films like Sapthagiri Express, Raj Mahal, Needhi Naadi Oka Katha, George Reddy and '' Ramuloo Ramulaa '' song from 2020 action-drama Tollywood film Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo .
In February 2018, she contested on a show hosted by Lakshmi Manchu Maharani. In 2021, her song "Saranga Dariya" for the film Love Story became widely popular. [6]

Devi Sri Prasad, also known by his initials DSP, is an Indian composer, singer and lyricist. He is known for his works predominantly in Telugu cinema and Tamil cinema. He is the recipient of a National Film Award, a Nandi Award, ten Filmfare Awards, seven SIIMA Awards and five CineMAA Awards.
The Filmfare Award for Best Female Playback Singer – Telugu is given by the Filmfare magazine as part of its annual Filmfare Awards South for Telugu films. The first award in Telugu was given in 2004. During the period of 1997–2004, a common award for was given irrespective of gender of singers across all the four language-industries. K. S. Chithra is the first recipient also holds the record for maximum number of wins.
Bathukamma is a Hindu flower-festival celebrated by the women of Telangana and some parts of Andhra Pradesh. Every year this festival is celebrated as per the Sathavahana calendar for nine days starting on Pitru Amavasya, which usually coincides with the months September–October of the Gregorian calendar. Bathukamma is celebrated for nine days and corresponds to the festivals of Sharad Navratri and Durga Puja. It starts on the day of Mahalaya Amavasya and the 9-day festivities will culminate on "Saddula Bathukamma" or "Pedda Bathukamma." Bathukamma is followed by Boddemma, which is a 7-day festival. The Boddemma festival that marks the ending of Varsha Ruthu whereas Bathukamma marks the beginning of Sarad or Sharath Ruthu.

Pushpa: The Rise is a 2021 Indian Telugu-language action drama film written and directed by Sukumar, and produced by Mythri Movie Makers and Muttamsetty Media. The film stars Allu Arjun as Pushpa Raj, a coolie who rises in a syndicate that smuggles red sandalwood, a rare wood that grows only in the Seshachalam Hills of Andhra Pradesh. The ensemble supporting cast includes Fahadh Faasil, Rashmika Mandanna, Dhananjaya, Jagadeesh Prathap Bandari, Ajay, Raj Tirandasu, Sunil, Rao Ramesh, Ajay Ghosh, Shatru, Shanmukh and Anasuya Bharadwaj.

"Saranga Dariya" is an Indian Telugu-language folk song, originally sung by Telangana folk artistes. The song was sung by various artistes with slight changes in the lyrics. It is featured in the 2021 Telugu film Love Story starring Sai Pallavi. It is composed by Pawan CH., sung by Mangli and with lyrics written by Suddala Ashok Teja. The song became popular, when singer Komali Tatte sang it in the reality TV series Relare Rela in 2010. The film's lyrical version was released on 28 February 2021 through Aditya Music.
