Marathos or Marathi is a small Greek Island in the Aegean Sea lying east of Patmos island, southwest of Arkoi island, and northwest of Leipsoi island. [2] It is part of the Dodecanese archipelago. It is a small island with an area of 36 hectares (89 acres) but there are a couple of tavernas and few rooms to let. [3] [4]

Leipsoi is an island south of Samos and to the north of Leros in Greece. It is well serviced with ferries passing between Patmos and Leros and on the main route for ferries from Piraeus. Leipsoi is a small group of islets at the northern part of the Dodecanese near to Patmos island and Leros. The larger Leipsi-Arkoi archipelago consists of some 37 islands and islets of which only three are larger than 1 square kilometre : Leipsoi, Arkoi and Agreloussa. Only Leipsoi, Arkoi and Marathos are inhabited. Leipsoi is a municipality, part of the Kalymnos regional unit, which is part of the South Aegean region. The municipality has an area of 17.350 square kilometres (6.699 sq mi). In ancient times, it contained a town named Lepsia.
Euboea is one of the regional units of Greece. It is part of the administrative region of Central Greece. Evdilos is a village and a former municipality in the central part of the island of Ikaria, North Aegean, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Ikaria, of which it is a municipal unit. 40 km northwest of Agios Kirykos. Its name means visible and freely rendered open horizon.
Farmakonisi is a small Greek island and community of the Dodecanese, in the Aegean Sea, Greece. It lies in the middle between the chain of the Dodecanese islands in the west, and the coast of Asia Minor (Turkey) in the east. To the north of it are the island of Agathonisi, to the west the islands of Leipsoi, Patmos and Leros, and to the south the islands of Kalymnos and Pserimos. It forms part of the municipality of Leros, and had at the 2021 census a population of 21 inhabitants. Prominent historical monuments on the island include the church of Agios Georgios and the nearby ruins of an ancient Roman temple.
Kardámaina or Kardámena, is a small Greek town 7 km from Kos Island International Airport at Antimacheia, situated mid-way along the south coast of the island of Kos. It lies in the municipal unit of Irakleides, in the Dodecanese. Once a small fishing village, it has been a popular summer destination for the past two decades, offering pubs, restaurants, bars, night clubs and watersports facilities. According to the 2021 census, there were 2,132 inhabitants. Its land area is 35.150 km2. Between June and September, the town population triples due to the influx of tourists.

Afantou is a village and a former municipality on the island of Rhodes, in the Dodecanese, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Rhodes, of which it is a municipal unit. It is situated on the east coast of Rhodes just south of the resort town Faliraki. From a total population of 7,940, 6,936 reside in Afantou town. The only other settlements are the village of Archipoli and the resort Kolympia.
Dikaios is a former municipality on the island of Kos, in the Dodecanese, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform, it is part of the municipality Kos, of which it is a municipal unit. Population 8,192 (2021). The seat of the municipality was in Zipari. The other large town is Pyli. The municipal unit, which comprises about one-fifth of the island's territory, has a land area of 62.575 km². It shares the island of Kos with the municipal units of Kos and Irakleides.
Irakleides is a former municipality on the island of Kos, in the Dodecanese, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform, it is part of the municipality Kos, of which it is a municipal unit. Population 7,467 (2021). It is the largest in area of the three municipal units on the island, at 160.538 km², and comprises 55.3% of the island's territory. The seat of the municipality was in Antimacheia. The largest village is Kefalos. Kardamaina, Mastichari, Kampos, Onia, and Kamarion are the other villages in the municipal unit. It shares the island of Kos with the municipal units of Kos and Dikaios.
Kallithea is a former municipality on the island of Rhodes, in the Dodecanese, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Rhodes, of which it is a municipal unit. It lies on the northeastern portion of the island, just south of the City of Rhodes. The population is 10,416 and the land area is 109.75 km2. The seat of the municipality was in Kalythies. The beach resort Faliraki is also situated in the municipal unit.
