Aaron Wells Peirsol is an American former competition swimmer and backstroke specialist who is a former world champion and world record-holder. He is a three-time Olympian and seven-time Olympic medalist. As a member of the U.S. national team, he holds the world record in the men's 4×100-meter medley relay. Individually, he currently holds the world record in the 200-meter backstroke event. In February 2011, Peirsol announced his retirement, saying, "I ended up doing everything I set out to do."

Ian Lowell Crocker is an American former competition swimmer, five-time Olympic medalist, and former world record-holder. During his career, he set world records in the 50- and 100-meter butterfly and the 100-meter freestyle. He has won a total of twenty-one medals in major international competition, spanning the Olympics, the FINA World Aquatics Championships, and the Pan Pacific Swimming Championships. Megan Jendrick, née Megan M. Quann, is an American former competition swimmer, former world record-holder, and fitness columnist. She won two gold medals at the 2000 Summer Olympics and a silver medal at the 2008 Summer Olympics. Jendrick set 27 American records and four world records in her swimming career. She is a 13-time national champion, ten-time U.S. Open champion, seven-time masters world record-holder, and fifteen-time U.S. Masters national record-holder. Jendrick is married to American author Nathan Jendrick.
Glenn Edward Moses Jr. is an American former competition swimmer and breaststroke specialist who is an Olympic gold medalist, world champion, and former world record-holder. He represented the United States at the 2000 Summer Olympics, where he won a gold and silver medal.
Jeremy Porter Linn is an American former competition swimmer, Olympic medalist, and former world record-holder. Linn set an American record in the 100-meter breaststroke while winning the silver medal in that event at the 1996 Summer Olympics. He has recently been selected to be inducted in the Tennessee Athletics Hall of Fame with the class of 2017.
Christopher W. T. Woo is an American former competition swimmer and world record-holder. He represented the United States at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal, Quebec. Woo competed in the final of the men's 100-meter breaststroke and finished eighth in a time of 1:05.13. He also swam for the gold medal-winning U.S. team in the preliminary heats of the men's 4×100-meter medley relay, but did not receive a medal because he did not swim in the final.
John Frederick Hencken is an American former competition swimmer, three-time Olympic champion, and former world record-holder. Hencken won five Olympic medals during his career, including three golds. At the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich, Germany, he won a gold medal in the 200-meter breaststroke and a bronze medal in the 100-meter breaststroke. Four years later at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal, Canada, Hencken won gold medals in the 100-meter breaststroke and 4×100-meter medley relay, and a silver in the 200-meter breaststroke.
