Miss Universe Great Britain 2019 was the 11th Miss Universe Great Britain pageant, held on 13 July 2019 at Mercure Holland House Cardiff, Cardiff, Wales. [1] Dee-Ann Kentish-Rogers of Birmingham crowned her successor Emma Jenkins of Wales at the end of the event. Emma represented Great Britain at the Miss Universe 2019.

The Wales men's national football team represents Wales in international football. It is controlled by the Football Association of Wales (FAW), the governing body for football in Wales. They have been a member of FIFA since 1946 and a member of UEFA since 1954.
Gethin Jenkins is a Welsh former professional rugby union player who played as a prop for Pontypridd, Celtic Warriors, Cardiff Blues and Toulon. At international level, he won 129 caps for Wales. On his 105th appearance in 2014, he became Wales' most-capped player, overtaking the record held by Stephen Jones; having earned his final cap in November 2016, his record was surpassed by Alun Wyn Jones in September 2019. He is one of a small group of Welsh players to have won three Grand Slams. He also won five caps for the British & Irish Lions on three tours in 2005, 2009 and 2013. He is the sixth most-capped player in rugby union history and the most-capped front-row forward.

From 1958 to 1999, Miss United Kingdom was a national beauty pageant held to choose a representative for the Miss World Pageant. In 1999, Scotland and Wales had their own contestants at Miss World, and in 2000, England and Northern Ireland sent their own representatives. The existing organization now runs the Miss England competition.
Elizabeth Angela Fuller is a Welsh actress, model and beauty pageant titleholder who known for being Miss Great Britain 1996 – 97. Fuller is the former owner of the Miss Great Britain pageant from September 2009 to January 2011. She launched her own competition of the Miss British Empire beauty pageant in 2011.

Miss Universe 1991 was the 40th anniversary of the Miss Universe pageant, held on 17 May 1991 at the Aladdin Theatre for the Performing Arts in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. Lupita Jones of Mexico crowned by Mona Grudt of Norway. Seventy-three contestants competed in the 1991 Miss Universe pageant.
Kelly-Louise Pesticcio, is a Welsh model and beauty pageant titleholder who won the title of Miss Wales 2007 and represented Wales at Miss World 2007 in Sanya, China where she finished as third runner-up in the Miss Sports Fast Track. Pesticcio, a qualified doctor, was also a finalist in the 2010 Miss Universe Great Britain pageant She is of Italian origin.

She has also represented the constituency of Valley South in the House of Assembly since 2020.
Miss Universe Great Britain 2020 was the 12th Miss Universe Great Britain pageant. It was held in London on 8 March 2021. Originally scheduled for 11 July 2020, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this was rescheduled to 19 December 2020 and delayed once again hours before the event was to start due to the new strain of virus detected in Southeast England, this was out from the schedule for the second time.

Emma Collingridge of Suffolk was crowned as the winner by outgoing titleholder Jeanette Akua of London. The pageant took place on 16 October 2021 at the Riverfront Arts Centre in Newport, Wales, United Kingdom. Collingridge represented Great Britain at Miss Universe 2021 finishing in the Top 16.
