The Muslim Students Federation (MSF) is the student wing of Indian Union Muslim League party in Kerala, India. [1]

MSF is principally active in Kerala universities and college campuses. P.V Ahmed Saju and S. H. Muhammed Arshad currently serves as the National President and National General Secretary of the MSF. [2] [3]

Muslim Students Federation is the largest Muslim students organisation in Kerala. [4] Indian Union Muslim League leaders C. H. Mohammed Koya, Minister of Education in various Kerala Governments and E. Ahamed, Union Minister of State, Ministry of External Affairs, were associated with the Muslim Students Federation. [5] [6]

K. Avukader Kutty Naha (1920–1988) was an Indian politician and social worker who served as the Minister of Local Administration in various Kerala Governments from 1968 to 1979. As an Indian Union Muslim League minister in the 1967–1969 Namboodiripad ministry, Naha oversaw the creation of the Malappuram District in central Kerala (1969). Naha, with minister M. N. Govindan Nair and official C. K. Kochukoshy, also devised the 'One Lakh Houses' scheme in Kerala.

Kodithodi Ahamed alias Bappu popularly known as Arimbra Bappu or Bappu was an Indian Union Muslim League (IUML) politician from the state of Kerala, India. He was the first president of Morayur Gram panchayat from 1969 to 1995, as he was elected continuously, sometimes without opposition. He avoided politics after he had a brain stroke, up to the second stroke, which caused his death on 4 July 2014. Several times the party called on him to be the state minister and MLA; he rejected the opportunities. He worked with many well known politicians of the IUML, such as C. H. Mohammed Koya and Chakeri Ahammed Kutty), and with the Panakkad Thangal. He was instrumental in raising party membership in Eranad. He served many capacities in the party and the government.

United Front, known until 1971 as Mini Front (1970–1971) and as Maxi Front (1971–1979) thereafter, was a coalition of political parties in Kerala state, India, which was the ruling combine in the state from 1970 to 1979. The coalition was formed by five political parties immediately before the 1970 Kerala Legislative Assembly election. It saw the inclusion a few other parties in the following years.

M. P. M. Ahammed "Bapu" Kurikkal was an Indian politician and social worker who served as the Minister for Local Self Governments in Kerala Government from 1967 to 1968. He conceived the creation of the Malappuram District in central Kerala in the late 1960s.

C. H. Mohammed Koya ministry, from 12 October to 1 December 1979, 4th ministry from the 5th Kerala Legislative Assembly, was a coalition government headed Indian Union Muslim League leader C. H. Mohammed Koya and supported by Congress leader K. Karunakaran. Koya was the first Indian Union Muslim League member to lead a state in independent India.

Ahammad Devarkovil is an Indian politician from Indian National League. He is currently serving as the MLA of Kozhikode South constituency since May 2021. He was in office as Minister of Ports, Museums, Archaeology and Archive in Second Pinarayi Vijayan ministry for the first two and half years.
