Mya was an Italian entertainment TV channel, owned by Mediaset and broadcast on Premium Gallery, a pay television network available on digital terrestrial television in Italy. Its transmission started on January 18, 2008 with the pilot episode of Gossip Girl . [1]

It was targeted at female audiences and broadcasts movies, television series and soap operas. [2]

Mya was not available on satellite television, and was not available outside Italy.

On July 23, 2015 Mya is replaced by Premium Stories. [3]

However, this lasted for a very short time: when fascist Italy entered World War II in 1940, all transmissions were interrupted, and were resumed in earnest only nine years after the end of the war, on January 3, 1954.

For You was an Italian shopping and movie television channel, available on digital terrestrial television in Italy. Launched on March 1, 2011 as ME, "for you" was the replacement for Mediashopping. The channel adopted its current name on June 6, 2011. The channel has closed broadcasts on May 20, 2013 and has been replaced by the new Mediaset TV channel Top Crime.
