Hulu Langat District is a district located in the southeastern corner of Selangor, between Kuala Lumpur and Negeri Sembilan. It is bordered by the state of Pahang to the east and north, Gombak district to the north-west, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur and Petaling district to the west, Sepang district to the south-west, and state of Negeri Sembilan to the south.

Federal Route 68, also known as Jalan Gombak or Jalan Karak Lama, is a federal road in Malaysia that links the city of Kuala Lumpur to Bentong, Pahang. Before Kuala Lumpur–Karak Expressway E8/FT2 was built, the road was used to be a part of Kuala Lumpur–Kuantan Road FT2; however, due to its sharp corners, narrow roadway and lack of safety features, a replacement highway known as the Kuala Lumpur–Karak Highway FT2 was built, causing the former Kuala Lumpur–Bentong section to be re-gazetted as the Federal Route 68.
Federal Route 86, also known as Jalan Jelebu or Jalan Seremban–Simpang Pertang, is a main federal roads in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. The roads connects Seremban town in the south to Simpang Pertang, Jelebu in the north. It was the earliest federal roads in Negeri Sembilan, built in 1911 by the Federated Malay States (FMS) government.
Teluk Kemang is a small town south of Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. Telok Kemang town is situated at the 11th kilometre on Jalan Pantai. The Seremban–Bandar Baru Enstek Highway or Jalan Sungai Ujong, Federal Route 195, is a major highway in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia which connects Seremban to Bandar Enstek. It is also a main route to the North–South Expressway Southern Route via Seremban Interchange.

Numerous sport facilities are built in Paroi, especially the state stadium, the Tuanku Abdul Rahman Stadium. Another sports centre is the Paroi Sports and Youth Centre, whose stadium was the first in Malaysia to have an artificial turf for its field. The town is served by N38 which links Sikamat to Pantai and Seremban City Centre.
Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Agama Sheikh Haji Mohd Said or better known as SHAMS is a federal religious school. It was established in 1959 or to be exactly on 1 June 1959. It is located at Jalan Tunku Kursiah, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. In 2008, SHAMS had been awarded "Sekolah Kluster Kecemerlangan (SKK)". As one of the cluster school in Malaysia which is recognized internationally, SHAMS has signed an MoU with Madrasah Aliah Negeri, Bukit Tinggi, Indonesia. It was signed to reduce the educational gap between Malaysia and the Republic of Indonesia.

The alignment of Setiawangsa–Pantai Expressway will traverse north to south of Kuala Lumpur and will serve areas such as University Tunku Abdul Rahman, Wangsa Maju, Setiawangsa, Ampang, the Tun Razak Exchange & Bandar Malaysia development corridor and Kerinchi as well as providing a connection to Kuala Lumpur-Karak Experessay to the east coast. It was built and maintained by Ekovest Berhad. It is formerly known as DUKE Phase 3.
Temiang–Pantai Highway or Malaysia Federal Route 366 is a federal route in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. It is built to shorten amount of time for users from Kajang–Seremban Highway to Malaysia Federal Route 86 which connects Seremban to Kuala Klawang and Simpang Pertang.
