The New Communist Party of Yugoslavia is an unregistered Marxist–Leninist communist party in Serbia. Its goal is the reunification of Yugoslavia as a communist state according to Marxism–Leninism. The party participated in the 2023 Serbian parliamentary election in coalition with the Russian Party, which entered a parliamentary group with Movement of Socialists and supported the government of Aleksandar Vučić.
The Party of Danube Serbs was a Croatian Serb minority political party in Croatia.
The Liberal South East European Network (LIBSEEN) is a South East Europe an alliance of liberal parties and think tanks in the region, founded in Skopje, North Macedonia, in 2008. Its main initiative is to gather liberal parties of Southeastern Europe together and implement liberal policies in their respective countries. Most member organizations of LIBSEEN are also members of Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe Party (ALDE).
Local elections were held in Kosovo on 3 November 2013, with a second round on 1 December. These were the first elections which the Serbs of Northern Kosovo participated in since the Republic of Kosovo declared independence in 2008; polls were monitored by the OSCE. There were violent reactions in Serb-majority areas of northern Kosovo.
Parliamentary elections were held in Serbia on 16 March 2014, with nineteen electoral lists competing for 250 members of the National Assembly. The election was called early, after tensions in the coalition led by the ruling Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) and Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS). President of Serbia Tomislav Nikolić scheduled the election at the same time as the previously announced Belgrade City Assembly election. Voter turnout was 53.09%, with 3.22% of votes invalid.
Aleksandar Jablanović is a Kosovo Serb politician, and the Minister of Communities and Returns in the Republic of Kosovo from 9 December 2014, until 3 February 2015. He formerly served as the Deputy Mayor of the Municipality of Leposavić, Member of the Serbian National Assembly and the State Secretary in the Ministry for Labour, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs. In May 2017 he founded the Party of Kosovo Serbs.
The Serb List is a Serb minority political party in Kosovo. It was the dominant Serb party in Kosovo politics, claiming all ten of Assembly seats reserved for the community, from 2014 until all its members resigned and withdrew in 2022. The party retains close links to the Government of Serbia, led by the Serbian Progressive Party and President Aleksandar Vučić.
Mirko Krlić is a journalist and politician in Serbia. He served in the National Assembly of Serbia from 2014 to 2020 as a member of the Serbian Progressive Party.

Slaviša Ristić is a Serbian politician and a prominent figure in the Kosovo Serb community. He was for many years the president of Zubin Potok, a predominantly Serb municipality in northern Kosovo, and has served two terms in the National Assembly of Serbia.
The People's Movement of Serbs from Kosovo and Metohija "Fatherland", commonly known as the Fatherland, is a political organisation in Serbia and Kosovo that represents the Serbian minority in Kosovo. It is led by the former Mayor of Zubin Potok, and a prominent figure in the Kosovo Serb community, Slaviša Ristić.
Ljubomir Marić is a politician in Serbia and Kosovo. He was minister of administration and local government in the government of Kosovo from 2014 to 2016 as a representative of the Serb List. He was later elected to the National Assembly of Serbia in the 2020 Serbian parliamentary election. Marić is a member of the Serbian Progressive Party.
General elections were held in Serbia on 3 April 2022 to elect both the president of Serbia and members of the National Assembly. Initially, parliamentary elections were scheduled to be held in 2024; however, in October 2020 president Aleksandar Vučić said that snap parliamentary elections would be held in or before April 2022. In addition to the general elections, local elections were held simultaneously in 12 municipalities and 2 cities, including Belgrade, the capital of Serbia.
Nenad Rašić is a Kosovo Serb politician serving as the minister for communities and returns of Kosovo since 1 December 2022. Previously he served as the minister of labor and social welfare of Kosovo from 2008 to 2014 and as a member of the Assembly of Kosovo from 2014 to 2017.
Srđan Vulović is a Kosovo Serb politician. He was a member of the National Assembly of Serbia from 1997 to 2001 and has served multiple terms as mayor of Zubin Potok. Vulović is a member of the Serb List (SL) political party.

Civic Initiative for Freedom, Justice and Survival is a Serb minority political organization in Kosovo. It has one seat in the Assembly of Kosovo. GI SPO is led by Milan Dabić and its only MP is Cvetko Veljković, former head of the Office for Communities in the government of Albin Kurti.
Local elections were held in four municipalities in the north of Kosovo on 23 April 2023. They were initially scheduled to be held in December 2022, but were subsequently postponed. The elections were held in the four Serb-majority municipalities of Leposavić, North Mitrovica, Zubin Potok and Zvečan, located in North Kosovo. The elections were boycotted by the biggest Serb political party in Kosovo, the Serb List, following its departure from Kosovan institutions and the resignation of their mayors in North Kosovo in November. Among the declared candidates, there were only two Serbs. Aleksandar Arsenijević, candidate for mayor of the North Mitrovica Municipality, withdrew his candidacy on 2 December. Only the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) and Vetëvendosje (LVV) had mayoral candidates in all four municipalities. Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani had initially set 25 December as the polling date for the municipal assemblies of Zvečan and Leposavić in the north of Kosovo. On 20 April, candidate for mayor of the Leposavić Municipality Aleksandar Jablanović, leader of the Party of Kosovo Serbs (PKS), withdrew his candidature for running in the elections.
Aleksandar Arsenijević is a Kosovo Serb politician, activist and chemistry teacher. A prominent representative of the Serb community in North Kosovo, he is the president of Serb Democracy (SD).
On 26 May 2023, Kosovo Police forcefully took control of the municipal buildings of four Serb majority regions in Northern Kosovo after a local election was held. Three days later on 29 May 2023, hundreds of Serbian protesters clashed with NATO peacekeeping troops after rally at city hall in the town of Zvečan in Northern Kosovo.
