Phalonidia gilvicomana, the wall-lettuce conch, is a species of moth of the family Tortricidae. It is found in most of Europe. [2] [3] The habitat consists of woodlands, downlands and waste grounds. [4]

The wingspan is 11−14 mm. Adults are on wing from June to August.

The larvae feed on Lapsana communis , Chenopodium species, Prenanthes purpurea and Mycelis muralis . They live in the seed heads and feed on the seeds of their host plant. [5]
