On October 29, 2014, Tsai confirmed that she would embark on a new concert tour. [114] On February 15, 2015, Tsai announced that the Play World Tour would begin on May 22, 2015, at Taipei Arena in Taipei, Taiwan and would be available for ticket sale on April 12, 2015. [115] On March 29, 2015, Tsai went to Los Angeles to attend a two-week dance rehearsal, and then the entire personnel gathered in the city to begin the preparatory work.
