Ponangi is a village in West Godavari district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is located in Eluru mandal of Eluru revenue division. ^[1] The nearest railway station is located at Eluru.

As of 2011 ^[update] Census of India, Ponangi had a population of 3494.
