Progati Sarani is a major avenue in Dhaka, Bangladesh, [1] which connects Rampura to Kuril Flyover. [2] [3] [4] In 2005, the Dhaka City Corporation officially renamed it as Bir Uttam Rafiqul Islam Avenue.[ citation needed ] However, it is still widely known as Pragati Sarani. [5] [6] [7]
