Accelerator is the debut studio album by British electronica group The Future Sound of London. The album was first released in 1991 by the record label Jumpin' & Pumpin'. The Mental Cube track "Sightings" can be heard in the very first episode of "The Day Today" in a skit with Chris Morris reporting on a new police measure to deal with noisy neighours in which a tiger is set loose in the offending persons home in which the track can be heard. A CD version of the album was released on 13 October 2008.
