The Riser Tour was the ninth headlining concert tour by American country music artist Dierks Bentley, in support of his seventh studio album Riser (2014).
The tour was first announced in January 2014 and began on May 9, 2014, in Charlotte, North Carolina, with the first leg ending on September 27, 2014, in Noblesville, Indiana. Chris Young, Chase Rice, and Jon Pardi served as opening acts.
About the tour, Bentley said, "This tour is the culmination of everything I've been working on for the past two years, both out on the road and in the studio recording 'Riser'". "I know my fans want a kick ass show, an affordable ticket and a good parking lot scene to set the pregame going". "when it comes time for my set, I can promise that we are going big! I have never been more excited about a tour". [1]
The second leg of the tour was announced on August 11, 2014, and began in October 2014, in Stockton, California. Randy Houser, Eric Paslay and Tim Hicks were the opening acts. Bentley said, "It's going to be tough to top this summer, but every night I get more excited and don't want this run to end. I'm just living in the moment as much as I can and taking it all in...it really has been the best summer of my life." [2]

Frederick Dierks Bentley is an American country music singer and songwriter. In 2003, he signed to Capitol Nashville and released his eponymous debut album. Both it and its follow-up, 2005's Modern Day Drifter, are certified Platinum in the United States, and his third album, 2006's Long Trip Alone, is certified Gold. It was followed in mid-2008 by a greatest hits package. His fourth album, Feel That Fire, was released in February 2009, and a bluegrass album, Up on the Ridge, was released on June 8, 2010. His sixth album, Home, followed in February 2012, as did a seventh one, Riser, in 2014. Bentley's eighth album, titled Black, was released in May 2016, and his ninth, The Mountain, was released in June 2018. His tenth studio album, Gravel & Gold, was released in February 2023.
Wes Edwards is a music video and commercial director. He has directed over 150 official music videos in various genres from country to EDM. He has created multiple videos for Brothers Osborne, Dierks Bentley, Dash Berlin, and Emma Hewitt. In 2020 he co-founded production company Strange Arcade. In 2022 he directed the documentary series American Anthems with Academy and Emmy award winning Believe Entertainment Group for PBS.
Eric Thomas Paslay is an American country music singer and songwriter. He has released one album for EMI Nashville, which contains the hit singles "Friday Night", "Song About a Girl", and "She Don't Love You". In addition to these, Paslay has written several hit singles for other artists, and has collaborated with Amy Grant, Dierks Bentley, Charles Kelley, among others.
Jonathan Ryan Pardi is an American country music singer and songwriter. Signed to Capitol Nashville, he has released four studio albums: Write You a Song (2014), California Sunrise (2016), Heartache Medication (2019), and Mr. Saturday Night (2022). Pardi has also charted fourteen singles on the Billboard Hot Country Songs and Country Airplay charts, of which four have hit number one on the latter: "Head Over Boots", "Dirt on My Boots", "Heartache Medication" and "Last Night Lonely". Watershed Music Festival is an annual country music festival held at the Gorge Amphitheatre in George, Washington. Produced by Live Nation, the first event was held August 3–5, 2012. Watershed is usually a three day festival.
