Rupesh Kumar K. T. (born 31 August 1979) is an Indian badminton player from Kerala, born in Sirpur, Telangana. He is one of India's finest-ever doubles player, with nine successive national titles. He won the silver medal in mixed team event in 2010 Commonwealth Games held in Delhi, and a bronze medal in 2006 Melbourne. He, along with his doubles partner Sanave Thomas, won the BWF Grand Prix title at the 2009 New Zealand Open and 2010 Bitburger Open. [2] He was three times men's doubles gold medalists at the South Asian Games, in 2004 partnered with Markose Bristow, and in 2006 and 2010 with Thomas.

BWF Grand Prix

The BWF Grand Prix had two levels, the BWF Grand Prix and Grand Prix Gold. It was a series of badminton tournaments sanctioned by the Badminton World Federation (BWF) which was held from 2007 to 2017.

Aparna Balan is an Indian badminton player from Kozhikode, Kerala. She is 6 times National Champion in mixed doubles and 3 times National Champion in women's doubles. She represented India in many international badminton tournaments.

Goh V Shem is a Malaysian badminton player in the doubles event. He was partnered with Tan Wee Kiong after their outstanding performance at the 2014 Thomas Cup. Together, Goh and Tan won the gold medal for the men's doubles event at the 2014 Commonwealth Games as well as all their matches in the mixed team event, helping Malaysia retain the gold medal for the third consecutive time. They also won the bronze medal at the 2014 Asian Games and the silver medal at the 2016 Rio Olympics, thus making them the second ever Malaysian men's doubles pair to win the silver medal at the Olympic Games 20 years after the feat was achieved by Cheah Soon Kit and Yap Kim Hock in 1996 Atlanta. Goh and Tan are also the fourth Malaysian men's doubles pair to hold the world number 1 ranking after Cheah and Yap followed by Chan Chong Ming and Chew Choon Eng, and later on by Koo Kien Keat and Tan Boon Heong ever since official rankings were kept in the 80s.

Rajiv Kumar "Raju" Rai is an American badminton player of Indian descent. He won a bronze medal, along with his partner Mesinee Mangkalakiri, in the mixed doubles at the 2003 Pan American Games in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Rai is also a member of Orange County Badminton Club in Anaheim, California, and is coached and trained by former Olympic doubles champion Tony Gunawan (2000), who is currently playing for the United States.

Srikanth Kidambi is an Indian badminton player. A former world no. 1, Kidambi was awarded the Padma Shri, India's fourth highest civilian award, in 2018. and the Arjuna award in 2015. In 2021, he became the first Indian to reach the World Championship final in the men's singles discipline.

Kim Astrup Sørensen is a Danish badminton player. As junior player, he won the bronze medal at the 2010 World Junior Championships in the boys' doubles. He later won a gold in the mixed doubles and bronze medals in the boys' doubles and team events at the 2011 European Junior Championships. He joined the Denmark winning team at the 2016 Thomas Cup in Kunshan, China, where he and his teammates beating Indonesia 3–2 in the final. Astrup emerged victorious in the men's doubles at the 2018 European Championships.

Sanave Thomas Arattukulam is an Indian badminton player. He won bronze medal at the 2006 Commonwealth Games and silver medal at the 2010 Commonwealth Games in mixed team event. He was the gold medalists at the 2006 and 2010 South Asian Games in the men's doubles and team events, also won silver medal in the mixed doubles in 2010.

Dhruv Kapila is an Indian badminton player. He was the gold medalists at the 2019 South Asian Games in the men's doubles, mixed doubles and team events. He was part of the India team that won the 2022 Thomas Cup.
