Scopula nupta is a moth of the family Geometridae. It was described by Arthur Gardiner Butler in 1878.^[1] It is found in Japan ^[1]^[3]^[4] (Hokkaido, Honshu ^[5]), Hong Kong,^[6] Korea,^[3]^[7] and the Russian Far East.^[3]

The wingspan is 17–24 mm (0.67–0.94 in).^[5]
