The Scotland women's under-19 cricket team represents Scotland in international under-19 women's cricket. The team is administrated by Cricket Scotland (CS).
Scotland qualified for the inaugural ICC Under-19 Women's T20 World Cup via winning the Europe Qualifier, winning a three-match series against the Netherlands 3–0. [1] They were eliminated in the first group stage at the tournament. [2]
The inaugural Women's Under-19 World Cup was scheduled to take place in January 2021, but was postponed multiple times due to the COVID-19 pandemic. [3] The tournament was eventually scheduled to take place in 2023, in South Africa. Scotland competed in the Europe Qualifier for the tournament in August 2022, which consisted of a three-match series against the Netherlands. They won all three of the matches to qualify for the 2023 Under-19 World Cup. [1]
Scotland announced their squad for the tournament on 12 December 2022, with Peter Ross announced as Head Coach of the side. [4] At the tournament, they lost all three of their matches in the first group stage, although they did beat the United States in a subsequent play-off. [2] [5]

Pieter Marinus Seelaar is a Dutch cricketer and a former captain of the national team. He is a right-handed batsman and a left-arm orthodox spin bowler. Having played for The Netherlands at Under-15, Under-17 and Under-19 level, he made his senior debut in a C&G Trophy game against Warwickshire on 3 May 2005. He then played in the ICC Trophy later that year. He made his One Day International debut against Sri Lanka on 6 July 2006. Two years later he made his Twenty20 International debut.
Sarah Jennifer Bryce is a Scottish cricketer who plays for the national cricket team as a wicket-keeper-batter. At the domestic level, she plays for the Watsonian cricket club, for English teams The Blaze and Kent, and for Welsh Fire.
The 2021 Women's Cricket World Cup Qualifier was an international women's cricket tournament that was held in Zimbabwe in November and December 2021. The tournament was the final part of the qualification process for the 2022 Women's Cricket World Cup. All of the regional qualification tournaments used the Women's Twenty20 International format. The tournament was the fifth edition of the World Cup Qualifier, with the fixtures played as 50 overs matches. Originally, the top three teams from the qualifier would have progressed to the 2022 Women's Cricket World Cup in New Zealand. The top three teams, along with the next two best placed teams, also qualified for the next cycle of the ICC Women's Championship.
The 2023 ICC Under-19 Women's T20 World Cup was the first edition of the Under-19 Women's T20 World Cup, hosted by South Africa in 2023. The tournament was moved from its original slot at the end of 2021 to January 2023 because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Sixteen teams competed in the tournament, initially divided into four groups.
