The discography of Snow Patrol, an alternative rock band, consists of eight studio albums, thirty-two singles, eight extended plays, three compilation albums and one live DVD. Snow Patrol was formed in 1994 by Gary Lightbody, Michael Morrison and Mark McClelland under the name Shrug. They released an extended play (EP) titled The Yogurt vs. Yogurt Debate. Morrison left in 1995, and the band changed their name to Polarbear. Under this name they released their other EP, Starfighter Pilot, on the Electric Honey label. Drummer Jonny Quinn joined in 1997 and the band signed to Jeepster Records the same year. They then underwent their final name change to Snow Patrol. "This Ain't a Love Song" is a song by British band Scouting for Girls. It is the first track and single from their second studio album, Everybody Wants to Be on TV. The song premiered on the Scott Mills BBC Radio 1 show on 15 January 2010. Its artwork was released on the band's website on 8 February and its video premiered on the band's website on 18 February. The song itself was released for digital download on 26 March 2010 with a CD release following three days later.

Jef Martens, better known by his stage name Basto, is a Belgian record producer, musician and DJ. He primarily produces electro house music, and he is signed to the ARS label. He has produced using various aliases such as Bitch Boys, Candyman, Dirty Bunch, DJ Basik, Felix Project, Jin Sonic, Kings of Porn, and Lazy Jay. He was also a member of the Belgian dance group Lasgo. Martens co-produced with the band in 2009 and 2010 on a number of singles. He is best known for producing the Azealia Banks' hit debut single "212" under the alias of Lazy Jay, together with his brother Toon. He also produced "Scream & Shout" for will.i.am and Britney Spears in 2012.
