Mamata Banerjee is an Indian politician who is serving as the eighth and current chief minister of the Indian state of West Bengal since 20 May 2011, the first woman to hold the office. Mukul Roy is an Indian politician from West Bengal. He has also served as a Minister of State in the Shipping Ministry and later Ministry of Railways during the second UPA government. Before the creation of Trinamool Congress, he was a member of Indian National Congress. Between 2017 and 2021, Roy left Trinamool Congress to join Bharatiya Janata Party. In 2021, he left BJP and joined TMC.

Dr Ratna De Nag is an Indian politician who has been serving as Minister of State for Environment Science, Technology and Bio-Technology in the Government of West Bengal. She was a member of the 15th Lok Sabha and 16th Lok Sabha from Hooghly, which includes the Singur area. She lost the Lok Sabha Elections 2019 to Locket Chatterjee, who was elected as a BJP candidate from the Hooghly Lok Sabha constituency. In the 2021 election, she was elected as the MLA of West Bengal Legislative Assembly from Pandua Vidhan Sabha Constituency.

Partha Chatterjee is an Indian politician. He earlier served as the Minister of Commerce and Industries and formerly served as the Education Minister of Government of West Bengal. He represented the Trinamool Congress. He also held the political office of Secretary General of the TMC. In 2022, he was suspended indefinitely from the party following his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate.

Jyotipriya Mallick is an Indian politician and former Minister for Department of Forest Affairs and Non-Conventional and Renewable Energy Sources in the Government of West Bengal. He previously served as the Minister for Food & Supplies in the Government of West Bengal. He is also an MLA, elected from the Habra constituency in the 2011 West Bengal state assembly election. In 2016 and 2021 assembly election he was re-elected from the same constituency. On 27th October, 2023 he was arrested by ED for ration scam.He is currently in jail custody for corruption.

Arup Roy is an Indian politician. He was a cabinet Minister in Charge of Co-operations department, of Government of West Bengal since May 20, 2011. He was also an MLA, elected from the Howrah Madhya constituency in the 2011 West Bengal state assembly election. He had been re-elected in 2016 and 2021 West Bengal Legislative Assembly election. He is the District president of All India Trinamool Congress from Howrah.

Madan Mitra is an Indian politician, actor from West Bengal. Madan Mitra started his career with party Indian National Congress. He held many positions of Indian Youth Congress, the party's youth wing. In 1998, he joined Trinamool Congress party, founded by his colleague Mamata Banerjee, and his movie debut was in the 2023 Bengali film Oh! Lovely. In 2011, he was elected to the legislative assembly and became a state minister. He was arrested for the Sarada Chit Fund conspiracy case and got bail after 22 months.

Chandrima Bhattacharya is an Trinamool Congress politician and the current Minister of State for Finance (Independent Charge), Health and Family Welfare, Land and Land Reforms, Refugee and Rehabilitation of the Government of West Bengal. Previously, she acted as a minister in the first reshuffle of the ministry in January 2012 after Mamata Banerjee took over as Chief Minister. She was also made the junior Law Minister in October 2012. She was promoted as a cabinet minister and given independent charge of Law and Judicial Department, Government of West Bengal in November 2012.

Dr. Asish Banerjee is an Indian politician representing Trinamool Congress, who was the minister in charge of the Department of Agriculture in the Government of West Bengal from 2017 to 2021. He is also M.L.A. of West Bengal Legislative Assembly, elected from Rampurhat five times.

Ashima Patra is an Indian politician. She served as Minister of State for Technical Education of West Bengal from 2016 to 2021 and currently serving as Member of Legislative Assembly for Dhaniakhali since 2016.

Md. Ghulam Rabbani is an Indian politician .He is cabinet minister of environment and Non Conventional and Renewable Energy Sources in West Bengal government. He has served as Cabinet Minister of State for Minority Affairs & Madrassah Education in Government of West Bengal from 2021 to 2023. Rabbani belongs to All India Trinamool Congress. He was elected as MLA of Goalpokhar Vidhan Sabha Constituency in 2011, 2016 and 2021.

The 21st Council of Ministers for the state of West Bengal was formed under the leadership of Mamata Banerjee. She was sworn in as Chief Minister of West Bengal for the third time on 5 May 2021. The remaining council of ministers was sworn in on 10 May 2021.
