Shiloh is a census-designated place (CDP) in West Manchester Township, York County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 11,218 at the 2010 census.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 4.2 square miles (10.9 km2), all land.
As of the census of 2000, there were 10,192 people, 4,143 households, and 2,796 families living in the CDP. The population density was 2,422.6 inhabitants per square mile (935.4/km2). There were 4,262 housing units at an average density of 1,013.0 per square mile (391.1/km2). The racial makeup of the CDP was 95.39% White, 1.71% African American, 0.08% Native American, 1.48% Asian, 0.30% from other races, and 1.04% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.06% of the population.
There were 4,143 households, out of which 27.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 58.0% were married couples living together, 6.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 32.5% were non-families. 27.3% of all households were made up of individuals, and 14.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.34 and the average family size was 2.86.
In the CDP, the population was spread out, with 20.7% under the age of 18, 5.6% from 18 to 24, 26.8% from 25 to 44, 25.1% from 45 to 64, and 21.8% who were 65 years of age or older.
