N. Snellenburg & Company, commonly known as Snellenburg's, was a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania based middle class department store and wholesale clothing manufacturer, established in 1869. The company became the largest clothing manufacturer in the world and at one time employed 3,000. The company sold directly from the workroom to the wearer, allowing clothing to be sold for lower prices. Its slogan was "The Thrifty Store for Thrifty People." In about 1952, the company was acquired by Bankers Securities Corporation, owned by Albert M. Greenfield, but remained family run until its closure in 1962. Suburban locations were then acquired by Lit Brothers.

It was built between about 1880 and 1905, and is a "U"-shaped, brick complex measuring approximately 144 feet by 250 feet. It housed Follmer, Clogg and Company, a manufacturer of umbrellas and parachutes, until the 1940s. In 1944, it was acquired by the Van Sciver Furniture Company and housed a furniture store, warehouse, and repair shop until 1982.
Dent Hardware Company Factory Complex, also known as the D.W. Coombs Textile Machinery Company, is a historic factory complex located at Whitehall Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. It was built between 1894 and 1913, and consists of 11 contributing buildings. They are built of reinforced concrete. The company was the nation's leading producer of brass refrigerator hardware and one of the two largest producers of cast iron toys in Pennsylvania.
Harris Building, also known as the Laird, Schober & Company Building, is a historic factory building located in the Logan Square neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It was built in 1914–1915, and is an eight-story, "L"-shaped, reinforced concrete building clad in brick with terra cotta details. From 1914 to 1942, it housed Laird, Schober & Company, manufacturers of women's, children's, and misses' shoes. It housed a clothing manufacturer until 1985.

It was designed by William Steele & Company for General Electric, which manufactured electric switchboard equipment there.

It was built in 1911, and is a 10-story, 11 bay by five bay, reinforced concrete building. It originally housed the Smaltz-Goodwin women's shoe manufacturer until 1933, then a variety of clothing manufacturers.
The Biberman Building is a historic factory located in the Spring Garden neighborhood of Philadelphia. It was built in 1919–1920, and is a six-story, reinforced concrete building faced in brick and limestone. It features a Classical Revival-style entrance. A seventh floor was removed in 1975. It housed the Biberman Brothers, Co., clothing manufacturers, into the 1970s.
Middishade Clothing Factory, also known as the C.C. Knight Factory, is a historic factory located in the Franklintown section of Philadelphia, next to the former Harrington Machine Shop. Built in 1908, it is a six-story, reinforced concrete building faced in brick and terra cotta. It housed the Middishade Clothing Company until 1986. The building was subsequently converted to office usage and houses the regional office of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
The Harrington Machine Shop is a historic industrial building located in the Franklintown area of Philadelphia. It is located next to the former Middishade Clothing Factory. Built in 1903, it is a five-story building with a steel and wood frame, faced with brick and ashlar stone. It measures 215 feet by 100 feet. The company made hoists.

It is a four-story, "E"-shaped, reinforced concrete building clad in brick and in the Classical Revival-style. It an entrance with hooded limestone surround, terra cotta trim, limestone quoins, and an arched shaped parapet. The school was named for author Nathaniel Hawthorne.

It was built in 1869, and is a 2 1⁄2-story, four-bay, brick building with a stucco foundation in the Gothic Revival-style. It has a later addition in an industrial style. It features a pedimented front gable, a molded wood cornice, and an ocular vent opening. It was named after merchant and philanthropist Robert Ralston (1761-1836).

William T. Tilden Middle School is a historic middle school located in the Paschall neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It is part of the School District of Philadelphia. The building was designed by Irwin T. Catharine and built in 1926–1927. It is a three-story, 11 bay, brick and limestone building in the Late Gothic Revival-style. It features projecting end bays with one-story entrances, brick piers, and a crenellated parapet.
Uneek Havana Cigar Company, also known as Sprecht Clothing Company, is a historic factory building located at Blooming Glen, Hilltown Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. It was built between 1907 and 1910, and is a 2 1/2-story, rectangular brick building measuring 80 feet by 32 feet. It sits on a stucco covered stone foundation and has a low-pitched gable roof with broad overhangs reflective of the Arts and Crafts movement. It was built and occupied by a cigar manufacturer until 1919, after which it housed a clothing manufacturer into the 1950s. It then housed various light manufacturing activities until 2004.
Teller Cigar Factory, also known as Sprecht Clothing Company, is a historic factory building located at Sellersville, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The original section was built about 1866, and expanded in 1895. The original section is a 2 1⁄2-story, stone structure and the addition a 2 1⁄2-story, brick structure. Both structures are plastered and have gable roofs. The building is 10 bays wide and 4 bays deep. It represents the transition of the cigar industry from home manufacture to being housed in large manufacturing facilities. It was occupied by a cigar manufacturer at least into the 1920s, and later used as a warehouse for a plumbing and heating supply company.
