Career

In 2022, Starlet competed on the fourth series of RuPaul's Drag Race UK . [1] She was the first on the show to represent South Africa. [2] RuPaul said Starlet's entrance look was among the best in the show's history. [3] [4] On the second episode, which had a girl group challenge, [5] Starlet placed in the bottom two and lost a lip sync battle against Jonbers Blonde to "About You Now". [6] Starlet was the first contestant on the British version of the show not to speak an exit line, instead walking directly off the stage following her elimination. [7] [8] [9] She said she did this because she "broke down immediately" after coming off stage and wanted to leave as "quickly as possible". [10] [11]

Personal life

Starlet was born in Johannesburg and later relocated to Surrey, England. [12]
