Todd Russ (born January 8,1961) is an American politician who has served as the Treasurer of Oklahoma since 2023. He previously served in the Oklahoma House of Representatives representing the 55th district from 2009 to 2022. He was term limited from the Oklahoma Legislature in 2022. [1]
He was first elected in a 2009 special election after Ryan McMullen resigned for a federal agricultural position. He was the first Republican to represent the district. [2]
In January 2022,Russ announced his campaign for Oklahoma state treasurer. [3] He won the November general election and is the Oklahoma State Treasurer elect in 2022. [4]

Mary Fallin is an American politician who served as the 27th governor of Oklahoma from 2011 to 2019. A member of the Republican Party, she was elected in 2010 and reelected in 2014. She is the first and so far only woman to be elected governor of Oklahoma. She was the first woman to represent Oklahoma in Congress since Alice Mary Robertson left office in 1923.
