Melinda Jane Pavey, is a former Australian politician. Pavey had been a member of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly from 2015 to 2023, representing the seat of Oxley for The Nationals. She was previously a member of the New South Wales Legislative Council between 2002 and 2015.

The New South Wales Ministry for Police and Emergency Services, a former department of the Government of New South Wales between April 2011 and July 2015, had responsibility for the development and coordination of law enforcement and emergency management policy and advice to the Ministers for Police and for Emergency Services. Up until its abolition, the Ministry was also responsible for the coordination of recovery functions including disaster welfare services.

The Australian Inspector-General of Water Compliance (IGWC) is an independent regulatory position which has been held by the Hon. Troy Grant since 5 August 2021, the same date the position came into formation. It is one of three positions in the Office of Water Compliance, a part of the Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment portfolio. The role was first proposed by former Water Minister David Littleproud in August 2019, with the position beginning as an interim from 16 December 2020 headed by Troy Grant up until its official formation.
