Urotheca decipiens, the pale ground snake, is a species of snake in the family, Colubridae. It is found in Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, and Colombia. [2]

Dypsis decipiens, the Manambe palm, is a species of flowering plant in the Palm family (Arecaceae). Its most unique characteristic is that it commonly produces twin trunks like the letter "V", each trunk being up to 65 feet in height and up to 28 inches DBH.
