Peru at the Pan American Games. The Peruvians had participated in all editions of the games, except in 1955 in Mexico City. They have won a total of 19 gold medals, 40 silver and 90 bronze and 149 overall counting the 2019 Panamerican Games in Lima.
Canada, which is represented by the Canadian Olympic Committee (COC), has competed at the 2011 Pan American Games in Guadalajara, Mexico from October 14 to 30, 2011. The Canadian team was made up of 492 athletes, the most ever for a non-home Games. On the team all ten provinces and the Northwest Territories are represented. Some sports such as wrestling have sent their strongest team, however sports which offer the most medals have sent for the most part a developmental team.
