Virgin Vacations was the inclusive tour arm of Virgin Atlantic featuring land components (hotel packages, tours, etc.) in combination with Virgin Atlantic air to London. It was initially established in 1994. In May 2002, Virgin Vacations became a separate company after partnering with other airline carriers traveling to various worldwide destinations. Virgin Vacations offered travel packages to Europe, Asia, the South Pacific, Central America, South America, and South Africa. Travellers had the option of choosing complete vacation packages or the opportunity to create their own personalized vacation.

Virgin Vacations ceased operations March 31, 2019.

Virgin Vacations was an allied member of United States Tour Operators Association (USTOA).

Adventure travel is a type of niche tourism, involving exploration or travel with a certain degree of risk, and which may require special skills and physical exertion. Peter Island island of British Virgin Islands

Peter Island is a 720 hectare private island located in the British Virgin Islands (BVI). It is about 5 miles south-west from Road Town, Tortola. The island was named after Pieter Adriensen who was the brother of Abraham Adriensen, Patron of Tortola under the Dutch West India Company in the early 17th century. Pieter Adriensen and Joost van Dyk built a fort and slave pens at Great Harbour on Peter Island to facilitate privateering and the nascent trade in slaves from Angola.

America's Caribbean is a loosely used nickname for the U.S. Virgin Islands and for Florida's Key West For instance the U.S. Travel and Tourism Administration and the USVI Commissioner of Tourism as well as other tourist and cruise companies use this term thus avoiding mentioning specific destination.
