Peter Blangé is a retired volleyball player from the Netherlands who represented his native country in four consecutive Summer Olympics, starting in 1988 in Seoul, South Korea. Four years later, he helped the Dutch national team win the silver medal in the 1992 Olympics in Barcelona, Spain. Blangé then won the gold medal with the national team in the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta by defeating Italy in the final. His final Olympic appearance as an athlete was in the 2000 Olympics in Sydney, Australia. He was a setter.

Yevgeniya Viktorovna Estes, née Artamonova (Артамонова), is a Russian former volleyball player who was a member of the national team and one of only two volleyball players that competed consecutively in six Olympic Games. She won silver medals at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, and the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens.

Giovane Farinazzo Gavio, known as Giovane, is a retired Brazilian volleyball coach and former player who was a member of the Brazil men's national volleyball team that won the gold medal at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, Spain by defeating the Netherlands (3-0) in the final.

Jeffrey Malcolm Stork is a former American volleyball player and coach. He is also a three-time Olympian. He was a member of the United States national teams that won the gold medal in the 1988 Summer Olympics and the bronze medal in the 1992 Summer Olympics, and also competed in the 1996 Summer Olympics. He is regarded as one of the best setters of all time, and was known to play well under pressure.

Paula Jo Weishoff is a retired female volleyball player from the United States and three-time Olympian who played with the United States women's national volleyball team. As a middle blocker, Weishoff won a silver medal at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles and a bronze medal at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, Spain. She also competed at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta.

Caren Marie Alexius Kemner is an American former volleyball player and three-time Olympian.

Tara Cross-Battle is a retired volleyball player from the United States who competed in four Summer Olympics overall, starting in 1992. Cross-Battle won the bronze medal with the United States women's national team at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, Spain. Her last Olympic appearance was at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece.

Maurício Camargo Lima is a retired volleyball player from Brazil. He won two Olympic gold medals with the Brazilian national volleyball team, the first against the Netherlands at the 1992 Summer Olympics and the second against Italy at the 2004 Summer Olympics.

Idalmis Gato is a Cuban former volleyball player and three-time Olympic champion. She won gold medals with the Cuban women's national volleyball team at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, and the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney.

Marlenis Costa Blanco, more commonly known as Marlenis Costa, is a Cuban former volleyball player and three-time Olympic champion. Costa was a member of the Cuban women's national volleyball team that won gold medals in the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, and the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney. José Roberto Lages Guimarães, known as Zé Roberto, is a Brazilian former volleyball player and current coach. He currently coaches Grêmio Recreativo Barueri. He played volleyball between years 1967–1988 as a professional player and has coached since 1988. He first coached Brazilian women team Eletropaulo. He competed in the men's tournament at the 1976 Summer Olympics.

Allison Elizabeth Weston is a former indoor volleyball player. She won the 1995 national championship while playing for the University of Nebraska and also played for the United States national team at the 2000 Summer Olympics.

Ana Beatriz Moser is a Brazilian former volleyball player and three-time Olympian. She helped make the Brazilian women's national volleyball team a dominant force in the 1990s. She was an outside hitter.
