WMTT-FM (94.7 MHz) is a commercial FM radio station licensed to Tioga, Pennsylvania, and serving New York's Southern Tier, including the Elmira-Corning radio market. WQBF is owned by Seven Mountains Media, with the license held by Southern Belle, LLC. It broadcasts a classic rock radio format, simulcast with co-owned 92.7 WENI-FM 92.7 FM South Waverly. The radio studios and offices are at 495 Chemung Street in Horseheads, New York.
Prior to 2003, the station's call sign was WPHD. It was co-owned with WMTT 100.9 FM. When WMTT first signed on, on Memorial Day Weekend of 1991, WMTT was on 93.3 MHz and was rebroadcasting its sister station at the time, WKGB-FM, Conklin, New York.
In September 1991 WMTT switched to 94.7 MHz. In April 1992, the station began a progressive separation from its sister, WKGB-FM. During 1994, WMTT ran the ABC Classic Rock format. From January 1, 1995 to May 1, 1995, WMTT simulcast FM station WBSX, Hazleton, Pennsylvania, which at the time was called The Mountain, airing a mainstream rock format leaning towards classic rock.
From May 1, 1995 until early 1996, WMTT simulcast WCDW, Susquehanna, Pennsylvania, which at the time aired a classic hits format leaning heavily on rock songs from the 1970s and 1980s. From early 1996 to July 3, 2020, WMTT aired its own classic rock format.
On June 25, 2020, WMTT changed its call sign to WQBF, and then on July 3, 2020 flipped to Country as part of a five-station format swap, where 94.7's former Classic Rock format moved to 820/101.3 and 100.9, while 100.9's former country format moved to 94.7/96.1/97.1 as "Bigfoot Country". [1]
In July 2021 WQBF changed their call letters back to WMTT-FM and changed their format back to classic rock, once again branded as "The Met", simulcasting with WENI-FM 92.7 FM South Waverly. [2]

WENI-FM is an American FM radio station licensed by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to operate on 92.7 MHz to serve the community of South Waverly, Pennsylvania. Starting in early 2010, the then-WPHD moved to Comfort Hill in Town of Ashland, NY, just south of Elmira, NY. WENI-FM is located on the same radio tower as WCBF, Elmira, NY. WENI-FM now has one of the strongest signals in Chemung County, NY and the greater Elmira, New York area.
