We is the twelfth Korean-language studio album by South Korean boy band Shinhwa, released through Shinhwa Company on February 26, 2015. The album features ten tracks in total, including the pre-release single "Memory" and the single "Sniper". The album peaked at number two on the Gaon Album Chart and sold over 57,000 copies in 2015. In support of the album, Shinhwa embarked on their 17th Anniversary Concert Tour "We".

Background and singles

We was preceded with the pre-release single "Memory", which was released on February 3, 2015. [1] It peaked at number 15 on the Gaon Digital Chart. The single "Sniper" was released in conjunction with the album, which reached number three on the Gaon Digital Chart and was downloaded over 240,000 times. [2] [3] It won 10 first place domestic music program awards during its promotion, making it the group's most awarded song.

Promotion and live performances

2015 17th Anniversary Concert "We"

On January 8, 2015, Shinhwa Company released the schedule for Shinhwa's 17th anniversary concert on its official website. Fan club pre-sales began on February 11 and general reservations began two days later through Interpark. On June 24, 2015, Shinhwa Company released the schedule for a two-day encore concert marking the finale of Shinhwa's 17th anniversary Asian tour through its official website.

The South Korean boy band Shinhwa has released fifteen studio albums, three live albums, five compilation albums, one box set, three EPs, thirty-four singles, and sixteen contributions to multi-artist compilations. Shinhwa was created by SM Entertainment and debuted in 1998 with the album Resolver. Under SM Entertainment, Shinhwa released six full-length studio albums and contributed to numerous SM Town compilation albums featuring other SM artists. "Fxxk It" is a song recorded by South Korean boy band Big Bang. The group's first single in over a year, "Fxxk It" was released alongside "Last Dance" on December 13, 2016, in conjunction with the group's third Korean-language studio album Made through YG Entertainment. "The Chaser" is a song recorded by South Korean boy group Infinite. It was released as the second single from the group's third extended play Infinitize, which was released through Woollim Entertainment on May 15, 2012. The song received critical acclaim, and was named the third best K-pop song of the 2010s by Billboard as well as one of Rolling Stone's best boy band songs of all time.

"Lilac" is a song by South Korean singer-songwriter IU. It was released on March 25, 2021, by Edam Entertainment through Kakao M as the second single from her fifth studio album of the same name. The song is an upbeat pop song with a nostalgic sound.
