The West Indies cricket team toured Bangladesh in November and December 2012. [1] The tour consisted of one Twenty20 (T20), two Test matches and five One Day Internationals (ODIs). This series saw the first Test Match to be held at the Sheikh Abu Naser Stadium, Khulna. [2] At the First Test in Dhaka, West Indian batsman Chris Gayle became the first player to hit a six off the first ball in a Test cricket match. [3]

Mominul Haque, also known as Muminul Showrav, is a Bangladeshi cricketer who is a former captain of the Bangladesh national team in Test matches. He is a left-handed batter.

The West Indies cricket team toured Bangladesh in October 2011. The tour consisted of one Twenty20 (T20), two Test matches and three One Day Internationals (ODIs).

Mohammad Anamul Haque Bijoy is a Bangladeshi cricketer. He is a wicket-keeper and right-handed batsman. He is the first player to score 1000 runs and most runs in a single List-A tournament.

Sohag Gazi is a Bangladeshi international cricketer. He made his Test debut in first test during West Indies's tour of Bangladesh in 2012, taking six wickets in the second innings. He is the first and so far, only man to score a century and take a hat-trick in the same Test match and the first man to do it twice in first-class matches.

The Bangladesh cricket team toured Sri Lanka from 3 to 31 March 2013. The tour consisted of two Tests, three One Day Internationals (ODIs) and a Twenty20 International (T20I).

The West Indies cricket team toured New Zealand from 3 December 2013 to 15 January 2014, playing 3 Tests, 5 One Day Internationals and 2 Twenty20 Internationals against New Zealand. New Zealand won the three match test series 2-0 and the T20Is 2–0. The ODI series was drawn 2-2.

The Sri Lanka cricket team toured Bangladesh, playing two Test matches, a two-match International Twenty20 series and a three-match One Day International series against the Bangladesh national team from 27 January to 22 February 2014.

The Bangladesh national cricket team toured the West Indies from August to September 2014 for a tour consisting of two Test matches, three Limited Overs International (LOI) matches and one Twenty20 International. In the previous tour by Bangladesh of the West Indies in 2009, Bangladesh "whitewashed" a weakened West Indies cricket team in both the Test and LOI series.

The South African cricket team toured Bangladesh for a two-match International Twenty20 (T20I) series, a three-match One Day International (ODI) series and two Test matches against the Bangladesh national team from 3 July to 3 August 2015.

The Bangladeshi cricket team toured New Zealand from December 2016 to January 2017 to play two Test matches, three One Day Internationals (ODIs) and three Twenty20 International (T20Is). New Zealand won both the ODI and T20I series 3–0 and won the Test series 2–0.

The Pakistani national cricket team toured the West Indies from March 2017 to May 2017. The tour consisted of a series of three Test matches, three One Day Internationals (ODIs) and four Twenty20 internationals (T20Is). The West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) looked at the possibility of playing the T20I matches at the Central Broward Regional Park in Florida, as they did against India in August 2016. However, the WICB kept all the fixtures for this tour in the Caribbean.

The Bangladesh cricket team toured the West Indies and the United States between June and August 2018 to play two Tests, three One Day Internationals (ODIs) and three Twenty20 International (T20I) matches. The final two T20I matches took place at the Central Broward Regional Park, in Lauderhill, Florida. The second Test took place in Jamaica, fourteen years after Bangladesh last played a Test there. Bangladesh last toured the West Indies in September 2014.

The West Indies cricket team toured Bangladesh in November and December 2018 to play two Tests, three One Day Internationals (ODIs) and three Twenty20 International (T20I) matches. It was the West Indies first full tour of Bangladesh since December 2012. The fixtures were confirmed in July 2018, with the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium scheduled to host its first ODI match. During the third ODI, it hosted its first ODI match.

The 2018–19 National Cricket League was the twentieth edition of the National Cricket League (NCL), a first-class cricket competition that was held in Bangladesh. The tournament started on 1 October 2018, with eight teams placed into two tiers. Khulna Division were the defending champions.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">2020–21 Bangabandhu T20 Cup</span> Cricket tournament

The 2020–21 Bangabandhu T20 Cup was a Twenty20 cricket competition that was held in Bangladesh. It was played by five teams, during November and December 2020. In November 2020, more than 100 players began to undertake fitness tests, ahead of a players' draft for the tournament. The players' draft took place on 12 November 2020, with the tournament starting in the third week of November. Two days later, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) confirmed the full schedule for the tournament.

The 2019–20 National Cricket League was the twenty-first edition of the National Cricket League (NCL), a first-class cricket competition that was held in Bangladesh. The tournament started on 10 October 2019, with eight teams placed into two tiers. The matches were used as the national team's preparation for their Test series against India in November 2019. Rajshahi Division were the defending champions.

The West Indies cricket team toured Bangladesh in January and February 2021 to play two Tests and three One Day International (ODI) matches. The Test series formed part of the inaugural 2019–2021 ICC World Test Championship and the ODI series formed part of the inaugural 2020–2023 ICC Cricket World Cup Super League.

The Bangladesh cricket team toured the West Indies in June and July 2022 to play two Test, three One Day International (ODI), and three Twenty20 International (T20I) matches. The Test matches formed part of the 2021–2023 ICC World Test Championship. A draft tour itinerary was announced in May 2022. The full details of the tour were confirmed on 1 June 2022.
