Wolves in Wolves' Clothing is the tenth studio album by the American punk rock band NOFX.

Release

In February and March 2006, NOFX embarked on headlining US tour, with support from the Lawrence Arms and the Loved Ones. [4] On March 20, 2006, the album's artwork and track listing was posted online; "100 Times Fuckeder" appeared on April 10, 2006. [5] [6] Three days later, a music video for "Seeing Double at the Triple Rock" was posted on the band's Myspace profile. [7] Wolves in Wolves' Clothing was made available for streaming through AOL Music on April 17, 2006, being released the following day through Fat Wreck Chords. [8] [9] The band went on the 2006 Warped Tour, and following this, they appeared at the Flip the Switch festival in Canada. [10] [11] In September and October 2006, they toured across South America, and appeared at the Corona Music Fest in Mexico. [12] [13] Two of the planned shows had to be cancelled because of issues with the promoter; another shows was cancelled upon the arrival of riot poilce. [14] [15]

In January 2007, the band went on a tour of California alongside Strike Anywhere, Dead to Me and Love Equals Death. [16] Following this, they toured New Zealand and Australia, then visited Japan and Taiwan in April 2007. [17] [18] In August and September 2007, the band toured Europe with the Mad Caddies, and then a few dates in Israel with Useless ID, Man Alive, Kill the Drive, and the Testicles. [19] [20] A second European leg followed by a short tour of South Africa, with support from the Loved Ones. [21] [22] In February and March 2008, the band appeared on the Fat Tour, alongside No Use for a Name and the Flatliners, and appeared at the South by Southwest music conference. [23] [24] They went on the second leg of the Fat Tour with No Use for a Name and American Steel in May 2008. [25] Following this, they performed at the Quebec City Music Festival in Canada. [26]

Love Equals Death

Love Equals Death was a punk rock band from Petaluma, California, whose music drew influence from classic rock and horror punk. The group formed in 2003 and released two EPs, one compilation album, and one studio album, 2006's Nightmerica. They toured the United States several times, but encountered problems when founding bassist Dominic Davi was arrested in March 2007 on allegations of rape and subsequently dismissed from the band. He was replaced by former Distillers and Angels & Airwaves bassist Ryan Sinn, and the band toured Europe and the United Kingdom. After Sinn left, a retooled Love Equals Death lineup performed on the 2008 Warped Tour and planned to record a second album, but disbanded after singer and founding member Chon Travis quit in January 2009.

<i>NOFX</i> (2011 EP) 2011 EP by NOFX

NOFX is an EP by the American punk rock band NOFX, released August 2, 2011, through Fat Wreck Chords and consisting almost entirely of cover versions of hardcore punk songs. The idea for the EP was originally announced in 2009—before the release of the group's eleventh studio album Coaster—and was originally announced to be released exclusively as a 10" vinyl record. The EP was also made available in 7", 12", and picture disc formats, all containing the same track listing.
