The yellow-ringed white-eye or yellow-spectacled heleia ^[2] (Heleia wallacei) is a species of bird in the family of Zosteropidae. It is found in the Lesser Sunda Islands.

Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forest.
