The legislative district of Zamboanga was the representation of the historical province of Zamboanga in the various national legislatures of the Philippines until 1953. The undivided province's representation encompassed the present-day provinces of Basilan, Zamboanga del Norte, Zamboanga del Sur and Zamboanga Sibugay, and the highly urbanized city of Zamboanga.

Zamboanga del Norte's at-large congressional district is an obsolete congressional district that encompassed the area of Zamboanga del Norte in the Philippines. It was represented in the House of Representatives from 1953 to 1972 and in the Regular Batasang Pambansa from 1984 to 1986. The province of Zamboanga del Norte was created as a result of the partition of Zamboanga in 1952 and elected its first representative provincewide at-large during the 1953 Philippine House of Representatives elections. Alberto Q. Ubay served as this district's first representative. The district remained a single-member district until the dissolution of the lower house in 1972. It was later absorbed by the multi-member Region IX's at-large district for the national parliament in 1978. In 1984, provincial and city representations were restored and Zamboanga del Norte elected two members for the regular parliament. The district was abolished following the 1987 reapportionment to establish three districts under a new constitution.

The district encompasses the southern half of the province consisting of the municipalities of Bayog, Dimataling, Dinas, Dumalinao, Guipos, Kumalarang, Lakewood, Lapuyan, Margosatubig, Pitogo, San Miguel, San Pablo, Tabina, Tigbao and Vincenzo A. Sagun. It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Leonardo Babasa Jr. of the PDP–Laban.

It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district encompasses the island chains off the northeast coast of mainland Surigao del Norte. Since the 2007 redistricting following the separation of Dinagat Islands, the district now comprises the Siargao and Bucas Grande municipalities of Burgos, Dapa, Del Carmen, General Luna, Pilar, San Benito, San Isidro, Santa Monica and Socorro. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Francisco Jose Matugas II of the Lakas-CMD.

The district covers the northern and eastern parts of the province including its capital, Tagum, and the municipalities of Asuncion, Kapalong, New Corella, San Isidro and Talaingod. Prior to redistricting in 1998, the district covered much of the Compostela Valley in what is now the province of Davao de Oro. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Pantaleon Alvarez of the Partido para sa Demokratikong Reporma (Reporma).

It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district covers the western and coastal areas of the province, namely the cities of Panabo and Samal, and the municipalities of Braulio E. Dujali, Carmen and Santo Tomas. Prior to redistricting in 1998, the district covered parts of what is now the province of Davao de Oro, as well as the capital, Tagum, in what is now the 1st district. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Alan R. Dujali of the Hugpong ng Pagbabago (HNP).
Agusan del Norte's 1st congressional district is a congressional district for the House of Representatives of the Philippines in the province of Agusan del Norte. It is one of only two districts in the province in existence since 1987. The district covers the independent city of Butuan and its neighbor, the municipality of Las Nieves. It is one of only two districts in the province in existence since 1987. The district consists of two noncontiguous parts bordering Butuan Bay with the 1st district situated between the two. The northern portion covers the city of Cabadbaran and the municipalities of Jabonga, Kitcharao, Magallanes, Remedios T. Romualdez, Santiago and Tubay, while the municipalities of Buenavista, Carmen and Nasipit comprise its western section. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Dale Corvera of the Lakas–CMD.
Maguindanao's 1st congressional district was one of the two congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Maguindanao. It was represented in the House of Representatives from 1987 to 2022. The district stretched along the Moro Gulf coast of western Maguindanao and includes Cotabato City, an independent port city. Barira, Buldon, Datu Blah T. Sinsuat, Datu Odin Sinsuat, Kabuntalan, Matanog, Northern Kabuntalan, Parang, Sultan Kudarat, Sultan Mastura and Upi are the district's constituent municipalities. From 2006 to 2008, the district was briefly replaced by the lone district of Shariff Kabunsuan, a short-lived province that was carved out of the same area in Maguindanao and which was eventually nullified by the Supreme Court. It was last represented in the 19th Congress by Sittie Shahara Mastura of Lakas-CMD, who was later redistricted to at-large district of the newly established province of Maguindanao del Norte in 2022.
Lanao del Norte's 2nd congressional district is a congressional district in the province of Lanao del Norte that has been used in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1987. The district's boundaries have only been redrawn once, originally consisting of fifteen southern and interior municipalities, three of which bordered Panguil Bay and Moro Gulf, which were reduced to eleven municipalities following a reapportionment in November 2009. The district is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Sittie Aminah Q. Dimaporo of the Lakas–CMD.
Basilan's at-large congressional district refers to the lone congressional district of the Philippines in the province of Basilan. The province has been represented in the country's national legislatures since 1984. It first elected a representative provincewide at-large during the 1984 Philippine parliamentary election following the restoration of provincial and city district representation in the Batasang Pambansa where Basilan had previously been included in the regionwide representation of Western Mindanao for the interim parliament. The province, created by the 1973 separation from Zamboanga del Sur of the entire island with its two municipal districts and the municipality of Isabela outside its poblacion which was earlier organized as the City of Basilan separated from Zamboanga City, was formerly represented as part of Zamboanga del Sur's, Zamboanga's and Department of Mindanao and Sulu's at-large representations in earlier legislatures. Since the 1987 restoration of Congress following the ratification of a new constitution, Basilan has been entitled to one member in the House of Representatives. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Mujiv Hataman of the Basilan Unity Party (BUP).
