Newport City is a 25-hectare (62-acre) township development situated next to the Villamor golf course and Terminal 3 of Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) in Metro Manila, Philippines. [1] Awarded as the Mixed-Use Development of the Year by the Philippine Retailers Association in 2015, [2] Newport City is a Megaworld Corporation township development and is designed to combine accommodations and entertainment with residences, hotels, a mall and Resorts World Manila, the country's first fully integrated entertainment complex. Newport Mall is a lifestyle mall development of Megaworld Lifestyle Malls located inside Newport World Resorts complex. [5]

It also specializes in restaurants. For entertainment, Newport Mall offers 24-hour weekend movie screening at its four cinemas. [6]

Newport Performing Arts Theater

Newport Mall is home to the Newport Performing Arts Theater (NPAT). The 1,500-seater NPAT has hosted productions like KAOS, The Sound of Music, The King and I, Cinderella, Priscilla, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Ang Huling El Bimbo and the TV singing competition The Voice of the Philippines . [7]

Greenbelt is a shopping mall located at Ayala Center, Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines, near Glorietta. Megaworld Corporation is a real-estate company in the Philippines. It is listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange Composite Index. The company develops large-scale, mixed-use, planned communities incorporating residential, commercial, educational, and leisure components. In addition, it provides other services such as project design, construction oversight, and property management. Among its landmark projects is Forbes Town Center, a 6-hectare commercial and residential district in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig, Metro Manila. Another project by Megaworld is the 45-storey Petron Megaplaza office skyscraper, which was the tallest building in the country upon its completion in 1998. Also, last May 31, 2016, Megaworld announced that they will build two more office towers, 10-storey One Republic Plaza, and six-storey Emperador House, in Davao City. The two towers will provide an additional 30,000 sqm of office spaces for lease.

Newport World Resorts is an integrated resort, located in Newport City, opposite Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3, in Pasay, Metro Manila, Philippines. The resort is owned and operated by Travellers International Hotel Group, Inc. (TIHGI), a joint venture between Alliance Global Group and Genting Hong Kong. The project, occupying part of a former military camp, has four hotels, casino gambling areas, a shopping mall, cinemas, restaurants, clubs and a theater. A soft launch of the resort took place on August 28, 2009. Resorts World Manila is the sister resort to Resorts World Genting in Malaysia and Resorts World Sentosa in Singapore. It was the first integrated resort in Metro Manila, and from 2009 to 2013 it was the only one in operation until the opening of Solaire Resort & Casino in Entertainment City, Parañaque on March 16, 2013.

It plies routes from Eastwood City, in Libis, Quezon City to Newport City, in Villamor Air Base, Pasay via C-5 Road, making the first bus company to traverse along the said road. This company offers shuttle services only for those who are working to the companies operated under Megaworld Corporation.
